An admin doesn't need to edit the poll, it's a one or the other general decision, adding "it depends on the case" is an escape route for any and all who don't want to make a proper choice.

Also remember that convicting an innocent man means the guilty guy goes free anyway.

But it does depend on the case. What if the case was about someone who farted? It wouldn't matter either way. But if it was for murder or rape, the outcome would definitely matter. The reason I voted for 'convict the innocent person' was the same as Blazin'Xtreme's one; if you're in court there's a reason you're there, innocent or not.

I've changed my opinion on this giving it more thought, basically.

If you get taken to court for murder and you didn't do it, the reason your there is because someone thinks you did it, is that a good enough reason to ruin that person and their entire families lives. There doesn't need to be any more reason for someone to be in court other than a wrong conclusion by the investigation team, if they're innocent then theres nothing more to add, they're innocent. You don't have to already be a bad guy to get wrongfully taken to court.

And no, it doesn't depend on the case, whatever option you choose here, the guilty party goes free, you simply have the choice of ruining an innocent person and their family at the same time.

I know that, which is why I changed my opinion, if the guilty person was let free he'll end up getting over confident and get locked up.
