Custom Soundtracks in GT5 - What are you listening to?

I'll have mostly progressive house, disco house, some dubstep, and probably a few 20 minute mixes in there too. Funny thing is I'll be counting beats and racing at the same time ;)
 
Soundtracks from michael mann films, he has great taste, so basically a lot of Moby. I'll also have a great variety of other genres.

I agree that the sound of the engine alone is magnificent. However, I cannot play a whole game without any kind of music in the background. (Even if it is just turned down low, so the engine sound still overpowers.) I will have music by Disturbed and Avenged Sevenfold. That is my perfect racing music.
 
I really love the Burnout soundtracks. So that's probably what I'll be listening to.
 
I'm gonna be listening to a ton of various genres. Artists like DJ Scot Project, Deadmau5, Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Daft Punk, Curren$y, Cataracs and lots of Dubstep!! Can't wait!!
 
It's gonna be all Satch and Vai, all the time, with a little Van Halen and other classic rock mixed in for good measure.
 
I'll definitely be listening to some decent electronic/techno when tuning and customizing cars. There's a GT4 vid out there which starts off playing Armin van Buuren's In and Out of Love, definitely a perfect song for the matter.

mostly joe satriani and other instrumental rock along with progressive metal. satriani music perfectly fits gt's atmosphere and its going to be epic!! :D

I'm working on one just for the heck of it. Some Anthrax, Korn, Metallica, POD and it goes on. :lol:

Same here. Many of my favourite Electronic tunes would fit in well when i'm racing or scrolling through the menus.
 
I just put the greatest Christmas songs on a playlist strictly for snow events. I also have a playlist of lots of great classical including Chopin.

I need to make another 'bulk' playlist for driving but I'm not entirely sure what to put on it. So far I have RHCP, t.A.T.u., Rammstein, and some electronic including Tiesto and Agoria.

Edit: Reading a few of the responses, I just began acquiring some Daft Punk to add to my GT5 'bulk' playlist.
 
"Panama" by Van Halen

It was the opening song to GT4 and an amazing driving song. I have the other GT soundtracks downloaded so I will probably add every song from those. As well as some of my favorite bands from my favorite genres in there too so I will likely add some metal (August Burns Red, As I Lay Dying, KSE), Houston rap (Trae, Slim Thug, Bun B, Z-RO), and chill music (311, Sublime, Bob Marley).

I know it's random. Every band/artist listed though is one I love to listen to taking a drive.
 
anyone help me out with the name of the song in the weather effects video. love that tune. any help would be appreciated.
 
Some rock/metal stuff and other couple of interesting things.
But I believe I'll put a lot of songs by Kyuss. I find that stoner rock fits perfectly.
