You think the WRX will have enough fuel to last all the laps if I put it at Fuel Mix 3? I too like the AWD for the no-pit strategy

It should, but I do a pit stop for fresh tires and some fuel so I don't have to change my fuel mix and that seems to work fine.

In my opinion, 4WD cars at Lake Maggiore with no pit stop is risky. 4WD cars's front tires will tear a lot more that RWD cars. I'm with the M4, no pit, and front tires are the ones who suffer the most already.

5th disconnection today and only once was the connection really down.

1) first position on lap 4. Down.
2) first position, shoved to the sand after the second sector downhill. Down.
3, 4, 5) didn't even start the race. Down.

Each time, lost between 2100 and 1200 DR points.

Finished 7 races, won 7. I'm with 600 DR points more than this morning. Really frustrating. The system shouldn't penalize you if you go in first place and you get an error or a disconnection.

I should be around 70k DR today but I'm stuck.

Edit: just checked Kudos and just lost another 2000 points even though I didn't even start the race. Great job PD.

Less 1500 DR points than what I had this morning. An entire afternoon, 7 wins (could be 13) and I'm worse off.

I hate to say it but the Tokyo tracks are a waste of space at this moment.. I just did 3 races there and literally got beat out just on the straight alone since I refuse to cheese with that ugly VGT Gr.3. A lot of these tracks in the daily races are good for Gr. 3 or even a large Gr.4 class because there's literally nowhere to pass but the straights where if you're using a car of less power, you're pretty much at a loss..

Seriously PD, I do enjoy online mode, but did you really think giving us 19 circuits was going to suffice after making only 9 of them actually fun to race big grids on? I think the Tokyo tracks should remain lower N class races with no more than a 10-12 person grid. 18-20 is just way to many on that track..

Just wondering, what other car than the M4/TT/Megane/Scirocco would be competitive today?
I love the Viper, SLS, 458 and McLaren, but fear the long straits at Lago Maggiore :scared:

Also, (edit: yet again) nice Job zzz_pt :)👍

Gr. 4 Citroen.

You were in all of my races last night, your connection in the first couple was red, yet in the others was green. It does throw a wobbly sometimes! Great job by the way, first race I ran a 1 pit, but the rest a no pit - you were markedly faster (I was finishing top 5). May I ask how you managed the fuel? I ran setting 4 for a lap, then 2 for a couple, leaving enough for 1 over the remainder, but I don't think it was the best strategy!

Tokyo was a real ********.. Got rammed every time on the first corner.. Did not matter how much I tried to avoid it.. You drive rest of the race clean and your SR might still show in red cause you got pushed against so many other in the first corner..

Gr. 4 Citroen.

In Asia yes, not in Europe. Field is too strong. Lack of power is too great on lower fuel mix. In Europe, I could only be successful with the Scirocco. When I won two in a row, a German guy copied me and got me by 0.6s :banghead:

I came 3rd on Maggiore last night in the Citroen after starting 12th in a B/A race. And had to pit twice after accidentally asking for no fuel:banghead:

Today it is miyabi and yamagiwa. Im really new to this track, but done 20 laps qualifying and had a stable time now. Which car do u recommend for this track? Driving the 911 without any assist expect abs, and it works very well. Maybe i try the first race now :-)

Beware the Lancer @ Brands Hatch A race, the car gains an insane amount of speed with ABS off. If you see someone blowing by you on the final straight with no obvious explanation, they've turned off ABS (learned this one the hard way :ouch:).

So Suzuka is my strongest track. Even if you wake me up at 3 am i can put in a great lap.

But in DR B and SR S,i am absolutely humiliated. Be it the Daily race at Suzuka few days back or yesterday's nations cup. I am so far off the leaders.

Qualifying outside top 10 and unable to pass no matter how crazy i drive.

And this thing has started to happen on all tracks now.

Its only a BS Problem, as soon as SR is below S.i am challenging for a win straightaway.

I have no clue where i am going Wrong. How are people going so much faster every lap. Even when tyre wear kicks in they produce a great lap.

How are they so damm fast?????????Any car settings i can do? Brake Balance?

Suggestions please.

Maybe the combination of DR/B and SR/S is the peak of the overall DR B. In other words the B/A category is not as skilled drivers, hence the lower SR

Could you list it a little more precise.
Gr.4 on Miyabi? And what are the layouts?

Thx :)

It's GR.3 as Robben said :-) 8 Rounds, Gas 3 x and tires 7 x. This court makes fun, and only a few small crashes/touches for the last two races, only one or two with red SR. Really nice to race. I do pitstop after round 3 and have a lot of space before me for the next round. But im mixed up with DR:S/A, so it is very hard to grab a better place. Defense the starting place is the strategy, but it's hard too...

If you haven't already got it switched on... try the Counter Steering assist

Im driving miyabi and yamagiwa atm, do you recommend in generall to use some assists? driving only with abs, rest is off, even tcs. Car is 911... never tried the assists, because everyone said "TRUN IT OFF U DUMB!!" :D

Actually, thinking about this - I saw a comment yesterday from someone saying it felt like they were driving on ice in the first laps of the Suzuka 10 lapper... i believe the general consensus was that in races in which tyre wear is active (so the long races and FIA races) you start with cold tyres so they must be warmed before you can drive how you would in qualifying.

I use all off, except when driving RWD cars (like the 911) as I just spin when exiting corners. 0 for FWD or AWD/4WD 2 for RWD.

^^ This, It all depends what you want from the game, I want enjoyment of trying to simulate driving, so I'm using a wheel and only ABS. I like that I need to not make mistakes.
Counter steer assist helps you not make mistakes, so you can push your limits more. HOWEVER, the amount of times I see people using counter steering assist fall off the track because they keep pushing it further and further until even the assist cant help them.

I have CSA off and ASM on

What do each actually do? The description seem similar (i.e they stop you losing traction and spinning out)
