650S 👍

So strong. It matches the 4C. The Macca has more power for the straight though. I'll give the $C that it can carry more speed mid-corner though. The 86s were quick, but more like in the way. :sly:
That TT really was in the way. That player made it wide in the turns. Had we dispatched that, the leader would not have gotten away.

I'm giving it a shot ATM. First time I've done this track. Get ahead of the goofs and it's fun

Evo is a lot of fun on Race A, but it's a real handful in the first long bend, really easy to slide.

Have tried a couple of GT-Rs and they're a lot safer, but I'm finding you really have to keep on top of the weight shift. Let the weight swing too far and you're gone.

Both are very quick off the line. Supra looks fast on the straight but I had no trouble catching it up on the esses in AWD cars.

YOOOO IT"S LIKE A SHUFFLE RACE.. but not. JDM specials!
Nice to see that Race A is a selection of N300 cars and not a one make. That makes it more interesting. Hopefully there won't be a single Meta car and there is some real variety in the races.
A car selection in Race A? Whaaaaaaaaaaat? So Weird.
Fun fact: Gran Turismo 3 turned 18 yesterday.

Coincidence, or a birthday gift?

I like that they're trying something new for race A. 6 laps of Suzuka east though, ugh...

Did the brother in front of me defended to aggressively? I have the feeling that there were moments where he needed to let me pass. I like to know your guys opinion.
He did squeeze you on the start of lap 2. You probably weren't going to make the pass though and the rest of the race was fine.

The worst he did was on lap 2 when he nearly pushed you off the track. That was unnecessary and with you being on the outside were unlikely to make the pass anyway. His driving was perhaps a little erratic side but at no point did I see a situation where he should have let you past.

I hope the 22b is competitive. Been wanting to drive it more. Handles great for a 4wd car. The NSX is also a fun option

Liking the look of this weeks dailies. Really like the idea of race A with a choice. Cant wait to get home tonight to crack on!

My playseat challenge arrived and I set it up on Friday, and the difference has been AMAZING! I can now drive all group 3 cars with no TC. Where previously I struggled to get the R8 through a single corner, I can now go 15-20 laps of RB Ring without incident, its made such a difference to my throttle control. I got my quali down to a 1.30.1 which is relatively slow compared to a lot of you guys, but my optimal was a low 1.29, just need to put it together, and I have only had the seat 3 days!

SR back up to S, thanks to me finally being able to control the car properly, and had probably my best ever win from 5th on the grid yesterday evening, I will post the video up later as I am proud of it !!

Note to other wheel users....... sitting upright like a trucker with your wheel attached to a table and the pedals on the floor doesnt make you fast!:lol:

Have they always turned off asm and oversteer?

ah, so this is that arrow present in some cars in some replays on the F1500 on the last week.
Countersteering assistance, looks like a cheat code, maybe that's why persons could control that F1500 so well while I visited the grass so much :)

Race B qualy 1:52.899
Optimum was 1:52.3xx
Really slippery compared to TT test that I did last night.
Lancer seems to be the top 10 car, will give it a try later.

Good tip, I just shaved .5 over my Lambo time with the Lancer, 53.9 now. Thanks! :)

ASM and CSA disabled! MUSIC TO MY EARS, omg.. i am as slow as it gets, but i still prefer a equal playing field when i lose.

Hell yeah! Finally :D
I'm a pad driver, but always disabled everything, except ABS, so its my week I guess!? :)

Now, what do I do this evening though? GoT? Avengers? Racing? And what will my girl say again? :scared::lol:

I know we're barely into this weeks races but it seems that next weeks races are already posted.

Race A - Tokyo Expressway - Central Inner Loop - N100 Provided Car - 4 laps
Race B - Interlagos - Gr.4 - 4 laps
Race C - Kyoto Driving Park - Yamagiwa+Miyabi II - Gr.3 - 8 laps

At least Interlagos is group 4, and race C is different. This with the selection of N300 cars in Race A it does feel that changes are happening slowly. It's almost like the team don't want to change too many variables at once, but I'm pleased things are changing.

Hi there,

...so, you drive the Mclaren? ...Nice, it's a car i've never used before in Gr. 4.

I din't race yet today, but do you think the TT'S and Megane's are again the 1st choice? I hope it's not!!!

What's your Q time with the Mclaren?

I always have CSA and ASM off, also a pad user. I like there to be a complexity to the control, makes the cars feel more fun to drive even if it means I can mess up more. By no means the fastest, but joining in the chorus of people happy to have a more level playing field! :)

Next Week's races are up:

Race A:
Track: Tokyo Expressway - Central Inner Loop, 4 laps
Car: N100 – Provided Car
Tires: Sports Hard

Race B:
Track: Interlagos, 4 laps
Car: Gr.4 – Garage Car

Race C:
Track: KYOTO DRIVING PARK - YAMAGIWA+MIYABI II, 8 laps
Car: Gr.3 – Garage Car
Tires: Racing Hard, Racing Medium
Fuel use: x6
Tire use: x13

My first experience of Fuji in group 2 cars today.

Why does everyone think they can attempt a pass from 8 tenths behind into the chicane???
This is why I skip Race C this week.
