So you do! You're usually ahead of me I think though.

May see you later, if I can get my SR back up to S - got rammed 3 times in one race at Alsace yesterday, and my SR went straight down to A! :grumpy:
 
@bone_tone hopefully the others got punished more. Soon as I have had a cup of tea and walked the dog I will be on the ring or one make race. You will be back to s pretty soon from what I have seen

5th start
Got 2 pushes at the same corner
1st resulted in 2 sec pen (1:27) while the other one 4 sec (4:15)
I just wonder is it the responsibility of the follower to avoid the collision.
I didn’t remove the lap 2 & 3 to show the way I behaved though it still a lot of improvement.

I quit the race and got DR -2000 and SR -8. No more race in this track for me.:banghead::ouch::grumpy:

I on that race too, holy hell midpack was 🤬 as hell somebody literally block with full brake or just doing simple touch made me and him get penalty and now I on near DR B again :lol:
 
I'm hoping for a nice Race B with the F1 car some time soon. Maybe 5-8 laps of Suzuka, Brands or Interlagos.
 
dont you dare graze any wall on race B if you dont wanna get slapped with a instant 5 sec penalty
 
Yay somebody lightly bumped me twice on the GP-Track without me even noticing it but the game gave me two 2 sec penalties and SR down.. WTF PD 🤬
Didn‘t want to get rid of the penalty so early in the race and decided to keep it which turned out to be the correct way as I had a 12 second gap over P4 at the finish line :lol:
 
8:51.XXX on Nurburgring so far, definite room for improvement but football is on today so I may not get much of a chance

Just same day I get AS I didn't expect get BC now :lol:, 3 time disconnect make my SR falling down. Get hit on AS make me easily falling down too, I guess time to stop or crawling back to BS for now.
 
really shouldnt have tried nurburgring! qualy third. 14th and last after the first few corners, being spun out by idiot after idiot. then cleanly drove back to 8th but the 30+ seconds lost spinning in gravel at the start precluded anything more. at least got a nice SR boost I guess!

I‘m sitting on a 8:15.5 which also had a small mistake on the super slow right hander on the Nordschleife.
Just won a race, P1 alien got disconnected after warm-up and I found myself on pole. I had choosen the Aston Martin and a guy in a Porsche (same who bumped me twice in the race) was on P2. As soon as we entered the Nordschleife he catched up to me and put a lot of pressure on me :D Fortunately (for me) he lost his car at Wippermann and I went on to win a race against 5 S/S drivers, huge bump in DR 👍
 
First races post patch. Aside from one stinker where basically nothing went remotely well all were clean. A4th, a 3rd and a win all on Blue Moon.

Ridiculous penalty. Ok that the guy behind you got one, but you getting one also - no way. But I understand it's probably hard for the game to separate a "brake test" from carefully braking when you have others in front of you.

What is even worse in my opinion is the way the penalties are served though. To me it seems like a lottery. If you are lucky it triggers the "slow down" through some curve with you barely slowing down at all, and if you have bad luck you slow down and slow down even more and even more and it just won't trigger.
I find that highly unfair and it is in my opinion 95% luck whether the game "accepts" that you are slowing down (or you are an expert at crashing and getting penalties and know exactly where on the track to slow down how much... I don't think being an "expert" at this should be rewarded...).

Why oh why can't they just reduce the power of the car to 50% (or limit the RPM) for the penalty time immediately and be done with it...
Maybe adjust the time reduced with the expected throttle input, so that through a curve it will reduce the penalty time slower than on the straight.
Would probably still not be 100% fair, but at least much fairer than now with the game expecting you to go slower than some random, unknown speed....
 
Woot! Just did Nurbugring....what a rush! 👍 The lineup kinda sucked if you were me or the other two DR/Ds. A's and B's With the pole sitter an S. I qualified 11th with one lap. Was into a faster second lap when the system dumped me onto the race. I was nudged on the second corner and dropped back to last place. Managed to work my way back up to 11th. Had an opportunity for higher, but didn't have the skill to make a clean pass past a few of the people and had to wait for them to crash to get past them. There was some pretty erratic driving like back ends waving around on sections of track that there was no reason.

Trying to make a pass and realising a couldn't a couple of times I grazed walls. No penalties. I was rear ended by someone. No time penalty, and no SR penalty. Sweet! At the end of the race for all my effort I managed to gain a massive 196 points. Obviously GTS hasn't figured out that I have a massive bag of talent....with nothing inside of it. :lol:

Qualifying. As for the race I was about to pass 10th place just before the slight bend on the long "strait" (Dottinger Hohe?), when the ended the race.

Still feel frustrated especially I lost 2000 DR without any fault with my drivability. Can’t accept the game I played since PS2 evoluted to this point. Really disappointed.👎

I like today's selection, but weird race B is just 1 lap, when the 24 hour track came around it's always been 2 laps.
