I did a Gr.3 custom race at N24 this morning to practice for next week. Does anyone else have eye problems when driving there, due to the bumpiness of the track causing the screen constantly bounce around? I feel like it's causing vertigo, or something.

Side note: I just got to work, after having the last two days off, and found out that my :censored:head boss got fired.:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:
It's gonna be a good day. 👍

Does anyone know if its a day or night race? Not seen night time one on for ages, more fun. If only we could turn our lights off and use racing line, winning would be easy lol

This is why being DR.A is bad, and penalty zones only create more trouble. -10 SR for that, 2 clean races to restore.

7th to dfl.

So sport mode in america is no different than europe and asia. It safe to say online racing should be full ghosting and matched by lap times rather than dr and sr as its clear the rating system is not having the effect it should.

Oh it's different, Europe has far less trouble with lag.

Europe is a dream compared to driving on the NA server

Hence why South Americans and Canadians always have trouble since the distance makes close driving impossible.

It was better when the region was split into NA and SA. The lower player count caused lower SR to enter the SR.S rooms to fill up the grid, yet non laggy SR.B drivers are still better than laggy SR.S drivers. Especially with this system where SR.S means very little.

Matching on connection should be a priority. My ping time to the UK is far less than to Brazil. Of course if I made a Europe account I'll be the laggy annoyance messing up their races. Got to move to Paris, France for better races

So europe has better internet, least thats a good thing. Go race in paris, i dont go france, in fact i never leave the uk, not many do lol and ones who do come back to find theres no homes left ouch

We never seem to get info on time of day for the races, until they get here.

So far since last time nurb 24h was on we had morning, afternoon, evening and one with mist/fog (ish) i thought it was my cig smoke as sometimes in lower dr and sr races i will race slow and have a cig and wet myself laughing at the level of skill, its unique. I can by gtplanet rules only say unique so anyone can make up their own funny opinions lol

Europe is far smaller, it's 9,000 km from Toronto to Buenos Aires. Madrid to Moscow is 3,400 km. London to Rome is only 1,400 km.
Toronto to London is 5,700 km for 90ms ping. Brazil is the outlier, crap internet. It's 7,300 km for 186 ms, more hops I guess.

Its quite possible that this has been asked before but where can someone find out what next week's daily races are going to be?

Tokyo, Suzuka and N24

I guess the upside to paying 60% income tax is your government invests in high speed infrastructure. Hard pass.

Did you vote leave?

In other news I may not get online for the FIAs... Booo...

But at least GTE at Le Mans proper is on fire. Tune in. Seriously.

Canada alone is bigger than Europe. It's easier to have high speed infrastructure if your country doesn't have 6 time zones

It took 4 race to get back to 99 from 89 SR thanks to bumps from behind slowing SR gains down to as low as +1. I did have some awesome battles, side by side through 3 corners in a row without a problem. The last race I was swapping places with an Argentinian in a Megane, awesome driver, clean race bonus. Side by side racing is possible with lag. Too bad he went wide on the final stretch then got mauled by a Brazilian...

"Da gusto con gente que respeta" is what he said after we congratulated each other on a great race. (and after the obligatory puta remark for the Brazilian) I got to remember that so I can text it back. Races like this is what keeps me coming back to sport mode.

Good time to quit, enough GT Sport (until 9 tonight) I went from 19.6K to 33.4K DR today, qualifying does help....

I am remain. Theresa may is a remainer. It was a protest vote. Uk politics are mostly protest votes, no one really votes for who they like otherwise labour and the lid dems plus greens would be the in power ones. If they held eu referendum again it will be a remain vote. So if uk has an election over it which it is going to soon the lib dems and greens and snp who are remain will win and coalition. Labour and torys are mostly leave. I vote for who i believe in.

I thought canada was small. Now i am shocked. I would have thought bigger countrys have more money to make better infrastructure. In uk virgin media dig underground and use fibre optics, virgins hub four lands this year to guys, made for gaming at customer interest too. Pings wont be a issues with hub 4 :)

Google this

Events gt sport kudosprime. The scroll down. They update them weekend i think but rarely nothing updates lol

Canada's population is 33 million though, mostly along the southern border which still stretches all across Europe.. UK has 66 million inhabitants, Europe 741 million. Ontario is the most populated province with 14.3 million people and is over 4 times the size of the UK with less than a quarter of the population. We need a lot longer cables here for fewer people!

It's crazy to think it's only been 36 years since Canada gained complete independence from the UK. Although I still had to plead allegiance to queen Elizabeth II when I became a Canadian Citizen. She never showed up, disappointment :p

Need alot longer cables, yes, couldnt have put it better myself. Canada needs virgin media, they power the uk and poland. They just tested their hub 4 there, its more reliable and its out late this year. Apparantly its free to those on tv and broadband packages and thats usual vm service, plus it wasnt their fault the hub 3 was broken, the puma chip inside it is faulty and puma (ibm) admitted it, it has latency issues and i mean serious latency when it came out. Wonder is vm make them pick up the bill

People comming out of serving a penalty on the final lap and trying to take someone with them is funny and sad at the same time. I've been lucky to avoid it but I've seen it almost every race in front of me when a ghosted car comes out of ghosting right on time to move to the other side of the road and ram another driver of just because they can't handle getting a bad result. Sad.

So...what's to great about Bathurst? I despise it. Or its the people I'm racing against.
I don't think I finished a race this week? C for me is where it's at this week. Still working on zero TCS....I was so frustrated on race, I turned dial to 4 by accident.....and I beat my time by almost 2 seconds...I'm no Paul Tracy by ant means. Anyone willing to do a few laps for some tips on cornering?

Well, manufacturers fia le sarthe. I was rammed either side by two top rank overtaking in slipstream, i was slown down and blocked in by a austrain who wants ss, was rammed by a ferrari and lost my four min one pole on my lancer. Third time tonight a plus, ss and dr a have used me like a sandwich, i got threat from someone local and when i go flat out i get rammed, squashed and bullied on track. Polyphony digital, your top rank need to taught manners and humanity brains! No offense to those clean intended. I got it all recored along with the messages and people face to face, time once again to phone the police. They did say i needed more proof before they moved me anyway. Dr a sr s gone because some rank are boneidle jellous puppets. When will kaz wake up and realise racing online is a attraction for cheats and click crews? Offline content and back to the way gt use to be or FULL GHOSTING to annoy those who cheat and guess who got the penaltys? Me, been clean! Typical LOL GT Sport - The real cheat-ulator lol FIA cant even get clean races i hate to see the gt sport racers who they make into racing drivers, first corner whole of gt3 class would be rammed and out the race lol
Sport mode of Bouncy Castle muppets (humar) lol

I reached DR.A on race B and immediately when I get bumped into the wall by a DR.B driver I get SR Down and end the race with a red S... DR.A is a curse when mixed with other DR. It's the same with DR.B vs DR.C yet as DR.B I usually drive with the other DR.B drivers.

It's not a popular opinion, however so far today all contact that I've had was with either Argentina or Brazil... They are in the minority on the grid yet it's always a Brazilian that bumps me from behind for SR Down or an Argentinian that ping pongs around the track creating chaos. Those 2 countries simply stand out. Last race had 2 x Brazil bumping me and an Argentinian crashing around the course, -3 SR. It sucks for the ones that can drive clean, I've had some great close battles with other Brazilians today. Tmascp is awesome (not how you spell it but if you see him, very clean driver, great close races). Yet it only takes one to mess up a race like a ripple effect down the field.
Lately I too have had lots of incidents involving Argentinians, all of them just blatant dirty racing, at least many times with brazilians I can attribute crashes because of lack of patience or clumsiness but not clearly intentional.
On that note, I've had the game since launch and never had a problem with Mexicans, all of the very clean racers. So kudos to them, a pleasure sharing the track with you guys.
Edit. And of course today I had to ruin the race for a Mexican. Damn I feel so embarrased.

I just did 5-6 races on Mount Panorama. All top 5 Q’s and never finished outside of top 5, going from SR 83-ish well into the 90’s 👍 Then I start 8th or 9th, because of my SR and DR going up (i’ve gone past the halfway mark to SR A btw 👍). Fair enough.
Getting up to P5, a moronic and failed abortion from Spain, bumps me from behind and spins out, AFTER THE LAST CORNER!🤬 Giving me a 3 second penalty resulting in P8 at the finish, and him getting last place. Back into the 80’s on SR because of someone that shouldn’t even have been born. 🤬🤬🤬 Why can’t people just accept a 6th place?

I’ve got a Daily Race Lobby going if anyone is interested. :)

Nice, might join after dinner. I'm currently paused in the pit while eating dinner. The luxuries of racing off line :)
I'm doing another test for the 2.4 hour n24 event tomorrow

I'm racing against GR.4 to get used to passing much slower cars without punting them over to Belgium
My math was way off, 5 or 6 laps or 37 to 48 minutes per tank in the R92CP, that's not 2 or 3 pit stops, that's 4 or 5 opportunities to stretch. The R92CP is a handful on that track, fun! 7:14 best lap so far, still sloppy.

Started doing the dailies again after stopping roughly 5-6 months after game released. Created a new account just to get my grove back. I use to hate Bathurst but I've been racing there all day today and it's not so bad...though I had 1 very disastrous race where I got 2 5 secs penalty and 2 3sec penalty and 1 1 sec penalty and still managed to not finish last. Got my new account to Dr B and Sr S.

Skipped the daily races after the last post. Joined @Pigems lobby, just to be able to lap Bathurst with real people, without getting bumped to New Zeeland. A fun thing, but too late (early) for me to stay for the racing (and maybe too many beers to race with GTP’ers). I don’t mind bumping into randoms because of the amount blood in my alcohol stream, but not GTP’ers.

Because 6th place means they get less points and they wont be able to earn ss rank which means nothing except ss as the race ss rank do is the same as the race ten mins after it. Its quiet literally "pointless"

So...what's to great about Bathurst? I despise it. Or its the people I'm racing against.

As from tomorrow my sport mode racing turns into like most others, ramming, racing like theres a murderer behind me to get top place for "points" to sit there for hours to quit races to lower my ranks to go lower down to get more poles to repeat to earn more "points" and repeat as i give up on been clean and safe. I dont see polyphony digital stopping anyone weaving in and out and they probably never will so its time to add some "fun" into my gaming and be like most and just race dirty and think to myself oh no its a potential rival, lets block him lol if your not already "ss" or a plus or just a and your not their pal they wont let you win them. Thats my second conclusion. Plus in gr4 they have 4wd. As cars are made with four wheels its common sense to use all four wheels and magically they feel attatched to the road and dont spin :) fia rule of fr means the fia think cars only have two wheels. Yes the fia also think of drivetrains as "points" i think of more "points" by 4wd lol. I could imagine someone going to gt3 with a car that only had two rear wheels for a laugh, i would as i am that type of person just to annoy the fia lol

I always get drunk for Pigems' lobby. I don't think I've hit anybody, though. I'm just used to drinking and racing.
I think a fair number of them are high, anyways.

Wish the Daily races displayed the cars with damage, like the Lobby races(and FIA races) do.

Due to the amount of bad racers in mainland europe i wish i voted Leave in the uks brexit vote. So all dirty sport mode racers and the austrian guy from before and all week, if the uk does a brexit vote i blame you for me voting leave as my way to "block you in" lol
