Oh so it's that bump that always made me spin back then
Quick question, if not relevant:
What does the term "aliens" mean here? I've seen it in a number of posts
Oh so it's that bump that always made me spin back thenI don't even go full throttle at the exit until I'm over the curbs

@ferrari312t Do you mind if I include a clip of your replay, seems you're todays fastest (congrats), as a reference for how to take T4

Just ignore me if this is something I should already know but what goes in to the decision to increase or decrease Breaker Balance
Up until now I've mostly just used other people's setups but I'm trying to learn for myself how to set up a car and how to feel the differences
I just assumed that the tire wear acts like that because the car is heavier at the start of the race (full fuel load). Adding that up to the multiplier of tire wear and Race and those are the resultsWell, in my first Monza race today I started 10 but capitalizing on other peoples mistakes I quickly gained position to 5th (basically all thanks to first chicane)
However, I late make a mistake and at the end of the race I'm 13th.
SO HERE IS A QUESTION: Do the tires drop off at the end of the race or is the wear linear ? After half the race I needed to fill up, but the tires were almost not worn. Just a sliver of red.
Should I have taken a chance, and only filled gas ? (Driving the Porsche Hybrid)
Thank you very much for taking the time to explain that to meI’m no expert mate but I tend to test it in qualifying, a few laps at zero, a few at minus 3/4 and then a few at +3/4 then tweak it slightly up or down. It’s only minor in most cases but I find BB adjustments make braking and turning in sharper. As a general rule rear wheel drive and high powered cars tend to benefit from positive BB and front wheel drive/lower power cars respond to minus BB. I’ll always be at +3-5 BB in GT3 cars.
But as I say I’m no expert and I’m sure someone here has a better rationale but it works for me, a bit of trial and error
I should point out I use a controller

Lago Maggiore is always good fun!
An amazing 4 lap race with p1 and p3.... I still don’t know where p1 got the penalty that allow me to get his position in the end... but apart from 1st lap I had always the fastest lap but never under 1:56....

Thanks for sharing. You are so consistent and your race pace so good.👍
Just wonder what happen to the M6 at the last few concerns? Serving for penalty?![]()

So strange. I thought the M6 may be out of track limit at first. Watched 2nd time, nothing happened.Thank you!
Yes, serving penalty. I just don’t know where he got it...
downforce has a lot to do with gripMy experience thus far is that the tyre wear indicator is not terribly reliable. With some cars it can barely be a bit of red and it starts to squirm. With other cars you can be half red and still find grip. I tend to go by how the car seems to drive compared to previous laps. Another indicator is to look at the recommended gear. As the tyres wear you'll find the recommended gear drops on certain corners compared to earlier laps. I also find that I get the best grip a few laps in rather than right at the beginning.
Good Lord! Your speed and line trough the turn before the down hill is poetry !
Do you have any adjustments on your brake balance on you 911 for this race ?
Thank you CurbI find cars that oversteer a lot need a negative break balance. If the car has a lot of understeer I do a positive break balance. Usually +5 on something like the Audi gr3. If you have a positive break balance the car will oversteer more into the turn.
