Just been rammed into from half a second back into the chicane and just driven of the road in the same race and obviously the other drivers claim it's my fault??? Some people really can't race to save there lives.
If I have anyone within 1s of me approaching that chicane (mainly in lower lobbies, I trust the higher rated guys more) I take a slightly defensive line - don't want them getting any ideas! Even then I still get the odd punt. But you don't really lose time going slightly defensive through the first part as long as you slow it down and keep it tight ready to drive through the left handerJust been rammed into from half a second back into the chicane and just driven of the road in the same race and obviously the other drivers claim it's my fault??? One brave dude if you can run TC0. In the race there is a lot of contact so I would run 1-2. BB is probably personal based on how you drive/line. Good luck!Is there anything I should know about the brake balance or TCS for Race A? Or is it all just a matter of one's driving line? I was thinking TCS would be best at 0 since it's not too much power. I don't know if fiddling with the BB would do much, either.
Went back and checked some video of my last 2 races last night. Had 1 cowboy in both of them who has been a disaster in the past. First race he serves a penalty then as I am inside he simply turns in on me, and snaps. Hits me a couple of times so I return favor. Then when he goes off the kill I simply brake early and watch him fly by. Accidentally took out another caf with that maneuver but once we cleared away they went in front for the finish. Next race the villain had the lap of rage. Went from B/S both first races to B/C after the second.
Posted video, but didn't think to have a replay of the first one. Just realized I kept it out of order, curb hop, then bash lap, then the actual first run in. That last part will involve checking radar. Kept it on the whole lap for when my boy just snapped. Checked his profile and this is as normal as I remember.
Plus a bonus curb hop from hell at the start when I hit it straight on. Let me know if I screwed up other than being stupid enough to be 3 wide at the hairpin which I admit wasn't super smart.
Eh, I have seen him before in his brief stops at SR S so was sort of prepared for something. The worst was I had clean races with some of the people in that pack of carnage, but a couple mean bumps and B/S lobby turned to death race back there. That was where I was stuck my first couple of races. Definitely need your 360 vision in that mess.Wow Maegashira San obviously had raw meat for breakfast! Even if it is fun to watch people flip out like that this is the main reason I hardly do online racing. If there would be a high chance to meet people who appreciate clean and honest racing I would be glad to join but with fellows like that all over the place it is not racing any more.
If any of you are concerned about a "good wheel & pedal setup (for any racing game), it looks like you can't buy a good finishing position.https://www.thedrive.com/news/32845/this-bargain-basement-pc-setup-trounced-a-40000-sim-racing-rig
does anyone else find dr B oddly toxic rn. im moving up ranks and have had a pretty good experience in E and C but the players always seem to ram me

Went in my alt account. All B/S room. Started 2nd in the Supra at DTG. Alfa was on pole. I finished .3 behind with two FL on the last two laps. Oh, and there were a variety of cars used.
The A/S rooms, players get too aggressive. Just leave room. Be patient. Use the brakes. Jeez.

They use brakes...... the brakes are called Spacedustdaddy.
Perfect! Next race if I can start near you I can use that to get some extra stopping power for that first hairpin! 👍
Great. Just what I need.

Speaking of the T300RS, I'm very much considering going that route or the T150. From your own experience, how do the pros and cons weigh in on the 300?Damn. My new wheel (T300 RS) & a stand cost less than that.![]()
