Why is everything cool illegal on this game?
Tried the 911 and immediately beat my qualifying lap, and had the most consistent lap I’ve had so far lol.
Really pushing the limits of my trail braking uhhh “ability”! Which is a good thing, really enjoying it!
Here's one for all of the wheel and pedal supremacists.
#1 in world for race A is not only a controller guy, but better than that: he's the Japanese guy who steers with the D Pad and uses X and [ ] for throttle and brakes.
I logged in to my Asian account to watch his lap replay. It's quite remarkable. He's a freak.![]()

Absolutely right, sir. Good memory. He's my GTS hero.Is that the guy who was E braking at Spa that time?

Race C - Barcelona - 7 minute edit.
Had a great time in the Porsche. The two first laps was fun with tough and clean racing.
Then in the very last chicane and the last lap I did a great pass.

The Genesis handles well, but needs draft. It’s weakness is it likes to be wound up tight with a lot of steering angle...It has tons of grip but if you wind the rubber band too far it pops out unexpectedly. I would use it though if it had more power.
It's even worse in real motorsport, because the track limits are not enforced the curbs rubber in as much as the track. The green strip of death at Spoon (Suzuka) actually has as much grip as the track.Thats the downside of modern grand prix tracks. The kerbs and runoff are so forgiving that arbitrary penalties are the only disincentive for you not to exceed track limits.

Drivers will always drive wherever is quickest, if you want to slow them down don't paint a white line put an actual deterrent (grass, gravel, wall, etc) in the way. Nobody complains about track limits at the Nordschleife.
That is what is confusing me about the Genesis. The BoP adjustment gives it 600HP (3rd most) at 2837lbs (6th lightest) - considerable power/weight ratio advantage over everything else...
Yeah it tends to happen if you go in the Car Settings Menu before going out on track. Normally if you pause and exit to the pits it should sort itself out.Has anyone else had this happen. For the third time in a couple weeks, when I warmup for a race, the screen is black. I can see all the data, the track map, etc. but it's like all the windows of the car are painted black and I can't see out. All I can do is steer to the side till I hit a wall and stand on the brakes. Is it an issue that anyone's had? When the race starts, thankfully full view is restored.
I saw that happen to you, wondered why you dove for the sand trap. While it hasn't happened to me, from what I've heard from others what Hasnain282 said is apparently the cure.Has anyone else had this happen.
