Merc Moostang vette would be my choices. Sadly this track doesn’t suit me any better than the minis on A.
Might try B this week...
I was having lots of trouble locking the brakes on all cars on c qual. Really weird. A race the cars didn’t feel good to me either. Just not feeling it today I guess.

What are your ABS settings? I run weak ABS & pump my brake pedal while downgearing. Staying hard on the brake constantly will slide you into home...I mean the ARMCO.

Next week's races have been posted!

A: Laguna Seca - Gr.4 Provided car (hopefully not front wheel drive)
B: Nürburgring GP - Gr.3
C: Fuji - Gr.2

Race A looks like the winner, to me. 👍
The other 2 kinda make me wanna puke. :yuck::yuck::yuck:

A) You know it will be
B) DR/SR death
C)

That's quick. I guess I'll go back in hibernation next week. One make GR.4 sprint as the best option, pass.
Back to the Nord!

What are your ABS settings?

Generally weak or default, except the kart. In race default is generally best across gr4 and 3, but it’s car dependent.
I just don’t get on with that direction of that track, at all. I only ended up like 38.7 in the Stang, after maybe 3-4 laps each across several cars...Megane, Stang. Merc, Ferarri, Vette, Viper. I do think for people into the combo it should be a good race as far as diversity of cars.
For me a lot of the corners just don’t feel good, plus as I said the track felt sloppy.
It could have something to do with me getting my :::stuff:: knocked in the dirt that one race at Interlagos when I went down to B sr for a few hours.
This might not be right but I swear there’s a point of staying 99 with no crashes, like none in qual or anything in race no contact...It REEAALLY seems like you hit a point after a certain time period of that that the cars feel like they drive much better. I dunno it’s prolly untrue but it sure feels like it to me on my wheel. It’s better more detailed ffb, just better fidelity and control, little more grip...
Like today everything I drove felt like crap.
I haven’t been 99 long enough and I crashed in qual into the wall 3 times and reset...
It’s stupid to say something ridiculous like this but I’ve found over time in sport mode the cars behavior varies. It SEEMS to me to have a relationship to the quality of ones driving, over time...:::::superstition:::::

i probably wont even try the races this week. Maybe Race C at some point. ACC and F1 need some love though.

Also Eau Rouge is scary in ACC lol. im trying to learn the setup basics to keep my brake temps and stuff up. Spa is a cakewalk in GT.

I didn't think so I'm able to go back from reseted 15K DR to 32K in just one day, but it happened somehow . A lot of fun by the way and some epic battles and very close racing by doing it. I really like DTG reversed and gr. 4 does make sens now. Was there any Bop change last time?

Have you tried deleting local files in the options menu? I swear it helps with this...

I do that pretty regular.
It’s just something I noticed, sometimes it’s like the game kinda upgrades the quality of your experience in sport mode.
I’ve never noticed a difference anywhere else.
Certain races in sport mode, often if matched with lower than top tier drivers grip sucks, others drive really well.

There are lots and lots of algorithms in this game. They are mostly arcadeish algorithms. Believe me, the only course i got A(100) in college was algorithm class. :)

So apparently you can pass in race A, but it helps if 6 of the 8 people you pass simply run themselves off track!

Now to repair SR after getting 4 seconds for a spinning car hitting me.

Edit: could take a while. Colombian swerve blocked me into druids after screwing up the start. Another penalty to me and now SR A.

That was a good race. I didn't expect you to move up as much as you did.
I didnt either, but there was carnage lap 1 that got me most of the spots. And a dirty Canuck who pushed me off that I had to nudge wide as revenge on my way back through. Had the Anger Turbo engaged for a solid 4 laps.:mischievous:

And for some reason everyone wants the slow wide line out of the final turn. So I was getting through there and then into turn 1

Was hoping to race some of you guys today but SR says no right now

It's crazy this car only has 4 speed transmission. It's crazier you only hit 4th once on Nord.

At least three times, I've reached for 5th, only to find it isn't there!

Loving Daily Race C, pulling off moves like this is what I play for!!! Highly recommend Race C, it’s so good for side by side action

I've always liked that track and I think in Gr4 it really plays well, in either direction. Good combination of separation once you are 'sorted out' but easy enough to close and pass on people, assuming you really earn it! Nice pass, and as noted above, yeah, good that he was a good sport... but that's how it's supposed to be!
