I normally use the part of the bridge on the right as a reference point for turning in also
That's what happened to me, with three cars thinking divebombing is a good way to race. My rating went from A/S to A/A. And that was without retaliating. Maybe if I retaliate, my rating will up!
This is meant to help all of the people who have problems with the Seaside chicane. All of the bad ass drivers can disregard.
When I was having trouble there, what helped me improve a lot was to focus on the white curb. Just try to aim for driving over the top of it, and it will drastically improve your success rate at the chicane of death. I believe it's because you can spot it much sooner than you can spot the opening in between the walls. If you're having trouble there, please give it a try. 👍

Probably an unpopular opinion but I think the best turn on Seaside is the uphill reverse corkscrew at the start. Underrated. And sets up great downhill flow into the next part.
Viper really that good now?
Is it faster than any other car except FFs on the straights? Might have to try it out...

It's strange - I'm over a second off my KudosPrime target time for Race A, but I'm in the top 300 for my region as of this post. I think it's because the car has a higher skill ceiling and the KudosPrime target times don't account for how the car drives. I swear, the 993 CS barely has any grip - it's almost sort of fun. I'm also using TCS 1 and BB -5, is that good?

I honestly know that for the gr 4 cars I have a specific turn in spot, but I have absolutely no idea what it is. Every single time I work on marking it to make dead sure i have it memorised i plow straight into the wall. If i just focus on the rhythm and dont look for a mark i can actually nail it flat 90pct of the time. Looking to test out the Vette and viper there later. This is meant to help all of the people who have problems with the Seaside chicane. All of the bad ass drivers can disregard.

I rarely have an issue taking the chicane in that direction but Seaside II is so difficult to get right. I think it's because you (usually?) have to brake in that direction, and dickheads always try to go two-wide through it. Now that I think about it, I hate everything about Seaside II.This is meant to help all of the people who have problems with the Seaside chicane. All of the bad ass drivers can disregard.

Lift slightly and turn in on the shadow of that Penalty Black Box on the road; as soon as the car is goin left you "should" be able to turn right at full throttle for the last part and exit without hitting the wall(s).I honestly know that for the gr 4 cars I have a specific turn in spot, but I have absolutely no idea what it is. Same here, I just close my eyes and hope for the best*I just hope & pray.
I run in bumper view. It's a little obstructed by other cars if you are close but there is a rear view mirror and the radar can be right in the middle. What view does everyone use in Sport Mode? I only use cockpit in any sim with my wheel. As long I drive a particular car with some regularity, I find it very easy to judge how close I can get to walls. Last week at Nurburgring GP I regularly had oh **** moments in the final turn thinking I was gonna hit the inside wall but I never did.
I'm sure we all get used to whichever view we use, but I just wonder if that affects spacial awareness in situations like the Chicane of Death.

Man, for the RC F having the best suspension, it launches off the exit kerb. I've altered my lines to see what keeps the right front from springboarding, but nope. Every lap is a gamble. Like watching a V8 Supercar launch at Surfers Paradise.I honestly know that for the gr 4 cars I have a specific turn in spot, but I have absolutely no idea what it is.
