It does suck to see the rewarding of dirty or dirtier drivers, who ping pong between SR and take advantage of that to earn tons of wins.
It's so often that I see a guy with a boatload of wins, that I also find his SR is always up and down, so it's pretty simple: the game rewards people for driving poorly as it is currently.
I know for a fact I'd have a ton more wins if I chose to take the gloves off, and bump my way to them, and if that didn't work, accept the matching in lower SR category lobbies for a spell and clean up with wins there... then run some more in A/S DR/SR lobbies again, until I need to bull my way to another win, or take advantage of the reduced SR to get matched with people that I can beat easily.
It's really that simple, in terms of how messed up it is. It's a shame that the drivers with the high number of wins are often these guys, while those of us that respect the rules (instead of take advantage of them) have to scrap like hell for an occasional win. I don't think PD would have wanted that by design, but that's what they've built.
