Is there no one who has a film with the Fiat 500 at Monza with race camera ? So not focus on the car but just the real tv follow camera ? I was so much hoping for a replay from someone ! Especially that brilliant standing start with all the cars. Can someone upload a replay please ?

Wouldnt it be brilliant if PD made an Abarth or Gr 5 Fiat racing car with different liveries ?

I know a lot people complain about slow cars, but they are so much fun and I am sure PD is seeing how well the servers are filled so people actually enjoy it. Let the Ring come soon !

Holy cow, the Sunday drivers were out in force! 3 or 4 drivers were crawling around the turns. Holding everyone up.
Literally, as if they were scared to use the throttle.
Didn't help that I didn't get a qualy time in, but mercy! B/S players, one A+ and I'm A/S.

Anyway, in the Emil RC F, started at the back, with fuel at 3 and just raced until lap 6. Most of the top 10 pitted at Lap 5. Pretty good on tyres, but changed those. I over filled and still came out ahead of the second group of top 10.

A few hours before reset, show me *one* single replay of a Top10 qualifying record holder using CSA. It doesn't happen.
Yesterday evening (around 21:00-22:00 in Europe) when I had my some-minutes-to-play, I started with watching a top replay. The wheel icon was white and blinking red. I think it's the CSA in question. Not quite before the reset, but quite close to the end of the day here.

After a short break. Did a couple races in GR.2, Race B, before reset. I was on pole for both races, but came in second on the first race, but won the second, as the guy that beat me in the first race, dropped back right at the start.

After reset, I did Race C on the Nurburgring GP, which I qualified about 4 seconds faster than 2nd place. Race was pretty easy, pitted on lap 7, but my tires were pretty much on the way out. With the 20 second some lead I had going into the pits, I put a couple of laps extra fuel into it, so I could go all out, and set a faster lap time. Ended up winning with 38 seconds ahead of 2nd place, and lapped the last two cars.

Unfortunately I do not have a video of one of the many Fiat races I did yesterday, I even raced against Famine for the first time.
The first couple of entries were terrible, me not being able from keeping the car oversteering, and spinning out in the fast corners, and for all the P5-P8 grid positions the wheel of fortune being the first two corners, I got pit-manouvred a lot of times resulting in a penalty and having to start chasing the pack from last place with a 6+ second gap.

But a couple of hours later I even managed to get a pole and a race win, I tried my luck to hard going for my 20th victory achievement but didn't succeed, maybe tonight in yet another Fiat one make race.

I do agree on you about the Abarth, GTS really does need a Fiat 500 Abarth (both the classic and the modern ones)

Show off :p.
 It's what happens when your DR and SR have been getting tanked that last few races, hence the short break I did. I wish I could stay racing against D and Es, when I'm a B. I could get those 91 wins a lot quicker,

Nice one seems a good choice, going to give the 911 a try. I love the RC F but I have a habit of ruining the rears a little too quickly. Did a quick quali in the 911 got 8th on the grid, 8 out of the 20 cars are the Porsche including the top 3 spots.

Normally I use my Mercedes GT3, but felt like changing it up, and noticed the lead boards were using the 911. I can see why, because the traction on corner exit is so nice for me.

Absolute carnage at turn 1, I checked the replay and somehow the leader avoided the chaos. Everyone else well, I ricocheted round like a pinball came out in second somehow. That was my only luck, managed to bin it at the first hairpin and end up pointing the wrong way so now am dead last. Managed to crawl back up to about 8th after my pit stop. Then dropped it again trying to push too hard on my new rubber, ended up 13th but no SR loss so can't complain.

Well after two days of good qualifying but very poor results I am skipping the Fiat 500 race today and probably going to only do Race C though I might give the Go-Kart race a try, I actually called that in my head the other day when I was looking at the upcoming races that given it was Indy Circuit it must be Go-Karts.

My qualifying time for the Kart's is not bad today, I am currently 283 in rankings with a 0:49.637 and I suspect I can get in the low 0:49's with a bit more effort after work.

I will work on improving my ratings again hopefully with Friday/Sat/Sun races.

Did some qualifying for Race B. I thought I was rocking it, using more of the track and taking corners at full throttle. Much more aggressive than the last time. Then I went to look for my time on the list... and saw all the DR/Cs and DR/Ds ahead of me... 668... that's me .

Could be worst... already raced the full race???

The problem for me was the car's turning ability.

When I was driving into a corner I couldn't keep the car from oversterring/understeering or ending up with wheel spin so I had to drive it very slowly round the corners and I just simply couldn't get any decent speed out of it against the other racers and so I ended up crawling round in last place and loosing DR/SR.

I shall see how I do with it today on Monza.

I had this problem last night on Monza. I couldn't stop spinning that damn car. Mostly played Race B, GRP 2.

CSA is not an unfair advantage. At the end of the day it slows you down, period. The other racer you're referring to is just worse than the OP of the video.

Remind me, what is CSA?

Oh yes... twice! Ended on a bit of a sad note :(.

I did a few qualifying laps as part of the race entry, and managed to improve my time a bit. That placed me in P6 on a grid of my peers. Good matching.

Race started and I got ahead of a couple of people at the start with some quick shifting. Made it through the first two turns and onwards. At one point I was in P2! I then proceeded to wreck that with a couple of mistakes in the second half of the race. I got an orange SR and finished P11 I think. I have no idea what the end result was but I'm assuming DR and SR down. It was madness! Even though the kart isn't all that fast, the race felt frantic :scared:. Again! Again!

Managed to do an even better qualify time (up to 303), but the match up blew goats . I seem to get worse mismatches when my SR drops. P8. There was one alien, 4xDR/A, 5xDR/B and 5xDR/C. Two of the DR/A were behind me.

The race started and as before it was frantic. I seemed to be faster on the second corner than most of the people who were in front of me. I had to be very careful and keep backing off so as not to hit the karts in front, and I seemed to be doing ok with that (it's a new skill for me :p). I was having an awesome battle for the last 3 laps, but on the final turn, disaster for the guy in front :nervous:.

I had better speed for that corner. He was staying close to the inside. I was right up his rear and my kart was starting to slide. It looked like I'd slide wide and get around him on the outside. My front right wheel tapped his left rear wheel. No big orange SR and he went wide and I came underneath. It all looked very natural and his Kart looked stable. Nearly out of the curve and suddenly he looses control and goes into the sand. This took a while to register and then I had a sinking feeling :guilty:. The end result:

I couldn't remember the name so I couldn't direct a message to them. All I could manage was a pathetic "I'm sorry". They sent a message "Go home In-visigoth" then left. Made a fun race sad :banghead:.

I'd like to discuss penalties for early exit from races. Not the one you get after wrecking the entire field then bailing, but the one you get when your phone rings or someone's at the door or RL happens. These should be softer, or at least more circumspect. If I bail, from the top 10, no driving penalty, and on lap 9 of 10, maybe I had to use the can, or an important call is pending. O shouldn't lose any SR over it. Thoughts?

RL can wait.. finish the race. No excuses
