Passing under braking is a valid move and if the overlap is sufficient before turn in isn’t that a fair move and his apex?
Hard to say for sure without full replay. I mean punting people who outbrake is cheating.
What I mean is that if someone cuts into my braking line like that, I wouldn't feel guilty about incidentally ramming them into the wall. I would never intentionally do that though, what kind of person would I be if I did that?
As for the rules, if the overlap is sufficient it's shared corner rights. If he can't stay to the inside line without ramming the adjacent car then it's a dive bomb as they over shot the braking line and the apex into the neighboring car. Passing there is fine if you can get away with it without causing an incident... he didn't.
