Drive faster! But true, the lower classes might not make it in time. In DR.A you can almost do a qualify lap in between, just cut short by all the extra reloading of the track and having to start further back. Why not have a 5 lap event, still starting every 30 minutes yet overlapping, so you can enter the on the hour or on the half hour events. There should be enough people on a Sunday for that. 2 laps just feels so short on nurb :)

Some of us in "the lower classes" (snob! :p) would love a 5 lap N24! Then again I'd still like to see a proper endurance race. Maybe a Nurburgring that starts in the dark but gradually lightens up with time. Kinda sad that too many people want lots of short sprints instead .

Did Big Willow yesterday. Did not well. Man that was afwull went from DR 34000 to 30000. And Big Willow is my track normally. But those FT cars just do not make sense. All was FT FT FT FT.

Monza is the expected carnage. Last race I got punted in the chicane on every single lap, as well as crashed into in Ascari. And despite never getting a single penalty or SR down on screen (small victory) I still ended up with a red rating for the race. After 4 races I'm down to 85 SR. It would be nice to drive through the chicane correctly for a change. SR.S LOL.

There's also hardly anytime to re-enter between the :25 and :40 race. Badly timed.

Yet you always return...

It's the challenge! Just managed a clean race bonus, +2 SR lol. Only need 7 more of those to get back to 99!

Edit: 3 clean races in a row, see now I'm bored. Time to do something else, then take on the main course, the Nurb. So far back to 95 SR, good enough to start the Nurb later.

People have no clue how to handle S curves on Norschleife.. Absolute carnage everywhere, first corner of the race: boom from 5th to last..

Managed to get from 99/99 promptly down to sr A..

Monza on the other hand was shockingly clean.

This today's Nation's was a lesson to me: skip it unless qualified top 3

superb lap, I could only just get within 3 secs of that time. What bb setting were you using ?

Actually you could see on my lap where i was changing the bb settings mate ^^'

You mean world record. ;)

Amazing lap mate. :bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:

Never thought that it would be a world record lol. Thx for the information mate

Now you mention it, they're right in front of me. I was paying to much concentration on lines, braking points and gear settings to notice. Cracking lap mate. I'll have to try improving ready for next time. Thanks.:bowdown::bowdown:

had some really fun races today at the Nordschleife, some were carnage and some were really clean. I tried to run with shortshifting and no pitstop which usually paid of quite nicely. Saw a few GTP members, too 👍 @Alfabob46 @RaceFace85 @nissman (<- still sorry for the misunderstanding and wrecking of your race :()

Hmm my last races in DR C gave me a nice fat number 1 on the car, no matter how bad i qualified. With DR B (thanks to N24) i am back to a more realistic 19, i would really like to know how they calculate that number.

It‘s bugged but usually the higher your DR the lower your number. However if there is somebody in the lobby who has 9000 points the game will recognize that as a higher number than 10000 as 9>1 ;)
There are some threads about the door number already

Yeah good seeing you online, and yeah I could see the no stops working for you. I tried it but still finished back where I started or worse.

In the beginning I always switched to FM5 when entering the NoS and then shift as soon as the rev bar starts to light up. Usually I then managed to make the two laps; you have to let faster drivers through tho instead of fighting them off. For the last few races I sticked to FM1 and shortshifted like hell as that‘s how RaceFace did it but I usually had to switch to FM2 in L2 or FM5/6 for the last half lap.

Didnt race much lately but had some fun yesterday at Suzuka. Managed a 2:07.362 in qualy and had some fun races.

Had a good race with a crazy last lap overtake around the outside of 130R.

Damn, somebody knocked on the door while qualifying, never a good idea to pause with a corner coming up. No time for another attempt, start in 15th it is. I wonder if there will be enough time in between races to set a better lap or I'm stuck with it ::)

Nordschleife? No. You have to leave out one race to improve your time. Or just always start in the back and shortshift your way into the Top 5 :D

Gr. 4 on Tokyo outer loop is just... my god, sooo many bumps because other cars brake to early. Learn to brake people!

Maybe you need to learn to anticipate peoples braking, and assume they brake at the cones (or a specific distance). Not everyone is made the same

Yep, 7 minutes in between after loading the track again :(

I started last in the previous race as somebody screwed up before the start, car in front hit him and stopped dead without ghosting, can't avoid, 5 sec penalty, not even past the start line. Then I come out of the pit and get punted by the car coming out behind me that 'forgot' to brake.

I guess I'll do another one then skip one. It's not great driving atm with the sun shining in the windows. I increased the exposure to 1.5 in video settings to be able to see the track yet that makes it all look kinda weird. It would be nice if the conditions varied through the day mimicking the real time outside. Not always though, I hated always getting to play in the dark in World of Warcraft. Only in the weekends I got a glimpse of what day time looked like in the game.
