Yes! Definitely an all time franchise favourite. It's wide, fast, flowing. Almost what Monaco would be if widened.

Agree with you and @sems4arsenal on Dragon Trail. I liken it to Susuka as they have a lot of similar characteristics. Did several races last night in my Corvette and Supra. No wins though as @Sophia Speed was in most of my races lol. Just wish people would realize you must brake earlier into turn 1 when you have cars in front of you. Experienced the accordion effect there more times than I care to remember.

Oh yes Monaco is fun to drive, but I hope PD don't waste resources on bringing it to GTS. That track would be a major SR killer. Not to mention there's virtually no where to make a clean pass. A divebomber's paradise.

That is so not true! You can pass at the hair pin, and the chicane after the tunnel .

How do you thread the needle at the Seaside track ? Anyone have any pointers on how to max speed trough that chicane ?
In Gr3 today I simply just stayed off the gas and steered trough.

Update: Thanks for all the "good" advise. The chicane is something that I have struggled with for ever, but today in my Mustang, that has a wicked straight line speed, I could afford to lift the throttle until I have cleared the last part of the chicane and once stable I floor it to get into the tunnel.

Had three satisfying races today with one of them as Third after starting on Sixth.

More seriously: After entering the bus stop flat out, I put my tires on the right-side curb and begin my turn to the left about halfway down that curb. The car will slide slightly and it opens up to a straight shot through the end of the bus stop if you hit it right. I'll lift a little while on that right-side curb if I don't think I'm spot-on.

That said, every car is different.

Dragon Trail seaside keeps growing on me. I left my qualifying time rather high 1:40.9 ish which gave me great races. I was pretty much starting last in the A+ A rooms or half way with the A and B crowd. Starting last is great fun on this track, you're 9th after the first couple corners pretty much every time lol. No win today, just a lot of fun with mostly clean racers. DR slighlty up despite starting so low.

This race dedicated to the C7!

Sure the penalty system played plenty tricks on me again. A car in front of me crossed the line with a flashing penalty sign then did not have any penalty. And one dirty driver who hit me 6 times was driving around for almost a lap with 17 sec of penalties according to the info I was given. When it said he got another 1 sec he finally backed off. If a bump pass doesn't work at first, try try try again...

I saw plenty people drop from SR.S to SR.B today. Luckily I only had one bad race where I briefly dropped to SR.A in a room where only #1 and #2 didn't have red ratings. That race was 'interesting'

Anyway DR Seaside stole my time. No GR.2 Suzuka today, which is fine, not worrying about tires and fuel for a day nor getting rammed in the pit wall.

And I only crashed once in the bus stop today! I haven't tried going flat out though, I still have kids to feed.

Oh. I'm at DR A and it barely moves. In rooms with mostly A and A+...

Is what it is, I suppose.
And for your DR to increase you must defeat only A+ drivers while not finishing behind other A or less drivers. If anybody else A or less defeats you, your DR will decrease. If your DR points hardly fluctuate you are probably in room with drivers that have very close DR points. You must consistently have clean races and more importantly win to match with higher DR point drivers to increase yours.

Well, kind of, I was an A+ once...winning as an A+ against everyone who isn't gets you maybe 20 to 100 points depending on the room. If you finish 2nd or worse you usually lose points. The farther down the board it is really drastic. Now if you get penalties, it is multiplied! Then comes the reset...

And that drastically depends on how many points you have as an A+ driver. If you only have 60K points, you wont lose as much as if you were to have 70K or Max. As we stated, if you lose to a driver who has less DR points, you will lose DR points and more the worse you finish. You will only lose DR from penalties if you do not serve them by the end of race or until disqualification. Penalties only instantly effect SR. And the severity of your penalties depends on your DR and the other driver as odd as that may seem.

Well I lost to a driver who bumped out of first place, and blocked me a lot, then I had over 10 seconds and had to slow down til 12th place, worked my way back up to second behind first by .235 and still lost with him having a penalty box and was reset to BB and he had a blue s

Why must PD put the good lineups on a weekday? If I had the time, I would've tried all three.

Seems that many flocked to Race B but I just could turn down a Suzuka race. Pretty lonely first race for an easy win but the second was a pressure cooker from start to finish. This was high levels of consistency all around.

And for the record, I crossed the 70K DR threshold for the very first time. I'm certain it's on the verge of a freefall once I fight aliens in the FIA races but look how far up a human can go! I didn't get this far up with raw speed, that's for sure!

Some friends dragged me into racing at Dragon Trail yesterday, managed to get a low 38 as a q-time for the first few races with the AMG. First race was carnage and I got punted off by some guy who I couldn‘t avoid to crash into after he tried to drift the busstop; he purposely wrecked me off in the first chicane a lap later 🤬 Cost me 1k DR. The next two races were better as I won them both and had good fun, almost recovered the DR loss. I improved my time to a high 37 but unfortunately everything after that was just a wreckfest and having my AMG raped by Toyotas :dunce: got shunted down to SR81 and thereby was gifted another easy win and one I really had to fight an awesome battle for :dopey: Sadly sitting at +60k DR doesn‘t really is an advantage when you finish 4th or lower... At least im back at SR99.
Right before the last race I did I managed to get a 1:37.369 done tho, wish I had that one earlier :ouch:
Met @iFuriousRacer and @GOTMAXPOWER along the way

TL;DR: 4 wins, -1700DR
