Then I did Group 2 at Brands in the NSX. Never again. That car is such a handful to drive fast and I simply struggled to keep it on track.
Call me Mr Second Place. I've had some really good finishes and fastest laps. Watched cars slide off and try to conserve in the final laps. Stayed out of trouble and run my race.
Just means you're EXTRA special.Different strokes for different folks I guess. I tried all three Gr2 cars and found the NSX suited me best. For Race Cs you have to short shift if you want to make it a one pit race though.
What do all those red dots mean in the Brands Hatch race?![]()
I also like the NSX at Brands. It feels like it rotates better than the others. Just have to short shift a little to be safe on fuel. A couple areas have a choice of gears, so staying in the higher gear helps too.Different strokes for different folks I guess. I tried all three Gr2 cars and found the NSX suited me best. When I checked my course stats, it said I've never won at Maggiore GP. To my recollection, that's a fact. It's a weak track for me.
Only did one race today but I corrected that zero in the win column with the WRX. A strange choice since I don't think I've driven it in a long time. I had to change the brake bias but it felt quite nice. I need to use it more.
Love Race C combo. Ran two. First one started on pole, but fell to 2nd on the 3rd last lap. P2 was on my butt for the entire race. 2nd race started P3, crashed myself on first lap, dropped to the back of the pack, and claimed myself all the way back to P3

Tyres and fuel don't play a factor. Good racing, but just a few early brakers in my race. Not a bad car, but this is how PD should have placed this car: keep it in its own Trophy series. 👍 Good fun.The same for me, haven’t used the WRX in ages but it was very competitive at Maggiore.
Suzuka in the Trophy sounds good, interesting to see how it is on its tyres and fuel
Supercut of my last few days racing. Put in only the good bits. No one really wants to see a half hour race every time
Not in any proper order. Vdeo 7min 20sec.
I got disqualified. I got bumped at the first turn. Bumped the car ahead. Got 10seconds. Served it. Got another while slipstreaming at the back straight.the slightest rear bumping , even the guy i bumped didnt notice it , straight 10sec penalty and 13 SR points , jesus damn christ that penalty system / this is ** like that that make me wanna insta delete the game sometimes
That cheater's turn carnage and you staying alive is a TV classic![]()

What happened to the penalty system? Is it changed reasonably after the 1.19 update? There were some wall-hit and car contact (especially in L11-T2) but no penalty, no red dot, etc. Is it usual now? (It looks much better.)
Probably not. You also don't really feel the tyres wearing out.I wonder if PD intended for pit stops to be unnecessary. You dont even get to half a tank on fuel map 1 by the end of the race.
