Exactly, and WHY ARE PEOPLE CARING??
No, people do not drive like a "different mindset" on alt accounts. People drive the way they drive. They ONLY somewhat valid reason for an alt account is, if you happen to be good enough, an alt account can allow you to enjoy the game without messing up your rating for the FIA events.
This scenario applies to about 100 people in the world....maybe.
For the rest who cares if they have an alternate account? Man, the things people actually worry about. I have yet to ever hear of a valid reason why people should be dissuaded from alternate accounts. I hear moaning, but that's not a reason for other people to stick to a single account.
Yup. I agree with all of that. 👍
My alt account hasn't been below SR S for the last 34 days that I've used it (can't say the same about my main account).
And most of the races I do with it are non-qualified, so I'm driving through the crowd, making lots of passes..
*Here's the part that gonna blow the minds of alt account haters -->
Interestingly, I have found that I'm actually less likely to revenge punt the people who race me dirty, while using my alt account.
The reason being that I just don't give a damn about the DR I may be losing by getting knocked off the track and losing positions.
If the same thing happens on my main account, where I still have hopes of someday making it to 50k, I'll get pissed and smash the hell out of someone, because now somebody is taking something from me.

The SR that I'll lose is not very difficult to gain back.
I used both accounts at the last Lemans race, and for each profile it played out exactly as I described above.
-3 races on my main, and in one of them, I ended up trying to destroy another car deliberately.
-20 races on my alt, 0 punt attempts.
