If that's the case he probably didn't see me in the second either so we're all goodTo be fair, if he's in bumper cam it's quite likely he never saw you in the first incident.

trying a pass on the outside at turn 1 fuji you really expected it to go well?
I just raced against that guy. I accidentally nudged him at the chicane on lap one and he proceeded to target me the entire race. Because he only received a total of two seconds in penalties, he finished fifth. This is why I’ve been avoiding racing the dailies on the account I care about...this guy by DR should have plenty of pace and not need to do stupid stuff like this. I’m not sure how I could have tried to avoid him any further.

He proceeded to hit me once more at the same corner, and once at the first corner. People need their emotions checked....
EDIT: He called me a "clown" post race and he received a SR demotion.
Looking back at the footage, you were not in this race. I do see a few faces I have raced with though that are very good.Hah! I was focused on the guy in blue. Now that I see your guy in action, maybe the guy who knocked me off was heated because he got punted through that first turn by your guy.
I think I was in the race you saved there -- I got caught up in middle of the pack BS and ended up taking a penalty after getting sandwiched coming back up to the front straight. Ended up finishing 9th I think.
You didn't get me, this time, PD.
The guy in the Nissan said I am a child, surely they can't both be right![]()
Here's a real beauty from race B. It says Forced Another Car Off The Track.
I was just shaking my head.
Only 2 races so far this week. Both B races in the Alfa (again). I guess Im going to have to keep a "punt on sight" list. Started on pole in both races, punted on the first lap in both races. Ended up around last place and 5 seconds down on the guy in front of me both times. If I wanted to start from the back, I would have, and I can almost guarantee I wouldn't be last going into the second lap like I was in both these races from pole. I guess being in an SR 99 room doesn't mean much anymore. Have to give Fuji a shot tomorrow.
Done a few laps and managed to get a 55.69 in the kart. ABS off, BB +3, TC 2. Accelerate early from the corner to rotate the kart and exit quickly.
Good fun but the slipstream is way too strong. Kart behind will gain 7 10ths on the long corner/straight into turn 1.
Also finding it damn tough to get it under control when in a pack - apologies for any accidental punts I give to any of you .
As a rule, I hate fwd and usually avoid them. I have to admit, though, that they do have their place. They are infinitely forgiving, so if on a revenge mission, they can't be beat. Curbs, dirt, grass...nothing is beyond saving. They're even almost impossible to pit (manuver) with a good driver. Just the opposite of the 4C. I've spun that thing on curbs, or touching the grass, more times than I can count. Doesn't do well at bumper cars either. I guess thats one reason I hate fwd. Seems a lot of people that drive them often are the same people that divebomb, punt and try to wreck everyone, because they do excell at that.I’ve wanted to smash my tv before at Gardens several times.
You know I ran a bunch no qual today (no non essential trips). The Mustang is pretty good but by far most fun was the Megane.
The power...It’s nice to have the power, and tcs mitigates some of the problems with fwd. Great brakes and actually turns pretty good if you have educated delicate throttle input.
I was laughing pulling out on trophy’s Alfa’s and Evos in draft and stealing their inside, plus it has the brakes to make the move stick, it’s weakness is the sweeping right but if you don’t give up the inside on entry you’re good, even if a trophy slips by they’re dead on the straight unless drafting a power car.
It’s a fun challenge to try to harness the fwd with power vs pure rwd handling.
That makes no sense. I run in bumper cam because it's the best for awareness. You got a mirror and your radar is in the center...To be fair, if he's in bumper cam it's quite likely he never saw you in the first incident.
I've had a few fun races in A but I am a full second behind your lap times , the best I can do is 56:7 , I only use my DS4 controller is this now all that's slowing me down , will a wheel setup improve my times ?
Does a move count as a divebomb if you didn't mean to go for it and the other guy just brakes earlier than expected? This has happened a surprising number of times on race C so far this week.
I’ve had that happen to me this week, too, especially at T1.
I’ve had the opposite thing happen for the chicane, too. I brake pretty early to get a run on the second corner of the chicane, and I’ve been dive bombed there pretty much every lap it feels like. Really easy for people to shove you around with little consequences there.
That chicane is where I've made quite a lot of moves on people braking early.
4 positions gained in 3 seconds.... Yup, I'll take that.
People always get so cranky when you're better at being dirty than them.
