I haven't been awarded 3 tickets last month (May) despite running the daily marathon on the 29th, 30th and 31st.
I have contacted Sony about that, they have got back to me within a week just to tell me that they were addressing the issue and nothing since...

My first ticket after the update was a 6-star engine ticket, which was shocking. And I have been receiving them.

Have you played around with your PS' date and time settings?

I haven't adjusted any settings at all with my PS4. I am going to try reinstalling the game.
