I don't really like the rule. I read the rules, and I forgot that rule. I must have skipped over it or something. There should be a more obvious way to find out whether they read them or not.
 
Well I definitely don't think it needs to be more obvious! I think it's fine!
If you read the rules properly you'd know :)

Yeah, at least we finally stopped him. That has to be the longest pursuit ever, in the club's history.

A patrol car? Ok. I'll find something else to drive. If you were trying a pursuit car, you might have a tough time catching me so you will need to pick wisely. Not to sound like an elitist d-bag, but my car is incredibly fast and nimble.
 
I changed the way to tell if the rules have been read or not. Look at the last sentence in the first paragraph (right above the application), then look at the last sentence in the rules...Do you guys like this idea better than the previous one?
