Sorry I had to dash people, had some unexpected matters to attend to, which cut short my participation. I thought we done really well, everyone quickly learned what they had to do, and learnt from the previous part. Hopefully you complete it and get some good rewards!
The collective groan, apart from one when the Suros Regime came out of that chest was highly amusing!
 
I'm sure we can all try again tomorrow. I'll be out until about 7.30 though but I'd love to be Abel to finish it.

I wasn't even there and I know the answer to that. :lol: Once a member leaves, its over..... That's why it is so difficult to find a fully functioning 6 man group. Very rare to get 6 people together for an entire raid.
 
@dhandeh We got to the vault, after having a bit of trouble get us all over the gap but we got there.

We've got the checkpoint ready for us to all try again another day.
 
Yeah made it to the vault, had a few runs just trying to figure out what's what, think we kinda got the just of it.

Good fun tho, now rocking vault gauntlets and leg armour so need to rank those up.

Yeah it was good experience and thanks to all who participated. Sorry I held you guys up getting to the vault. It would be good to finish it together.

Got myself some raid boots, and a legendary shotgun.

I'm the lucky b******* who got the Suros Regime!
 
Great effort guys! Thanks for letting me join you. I was a bit disappointed that we did not finish it and only got some boots, but hey, maybe next time. Unfortunately I can’t join you today – got some work after work. Also I’m sorry if I wasn’t too chatty – I’m used to writing, reading and listening to english, but lack practice in speaking it, as it is not may native language.

Some of you got raid gear from last night's run? I've now down 2 and three quarter raids and yesterday when got a shotgun and bracelet was the first decent things I have had!
 
I got some legendary boots from a drop, not a chest. They give a bit more defense than the vanguard ones, but did not have time to check other stats. Other than that some ascendant energy and shards.
 
Raid gear, gives the same stats as exotic gear, but you can wear as much raid as you want. Jealous!
 
Is there a limit to how much exotic gear you can wear?

Yeah I had noticed that the stats are slightly higher, just need to get the chest plate then I'll be pretty happy!

You can only equip 1 exotic weapon and 1 exotic armour piece at any one time.
 
Ahh I didn’t know that. Was hoping for exotics on all slots someday hehe.
 
Where the hell is the problem with the loot system in this game? Sometimes I hate it.
I did the Raid yesterday with clanmates. All of them looted either weapons or armor pieces, or both. One even got the Red Death rifle.

But there was one guy (me, of course) in the group that only got Ascended Shards and... a Sparrow. :boggled:

I went through my second Raid to end up with a Sparrow. WTF?
Now I have to wait for a whole week to try again and hopefully get something useful. :banghead:

I'd feel best if we waited till all 6 of us were available again. It would be fair for people to miss out if they've got other commitments.

And besides we'd built up a good rapport and enjoyed playing with you guys.

If I'm honest that was the most fun thing I've ever done in an FPS. As I said last night it's like an fPs version of dark souls with bits of uncharted and the sci-Fi stuff of Ac plus some other stuff. Just the right type of difficult as well. Really challenging but not frustrating as you can see where you go wrong, improve yourself and your team work and succeed.

Love it.

I even beat the last part of the raid on HARD and got.....ascendant energy and a sparrow. 🤬 Depending on luck in this game is what is killing it for me and why I have quit playing unless someone sends me an invite to help them. Other than being invited to play with friends, I am really just done with this game until there are some major updates.

Ascent shards are good they help you level up legendary items.

I'm just grinding away finding spirit blooms and doing public events to be ready when I start the raid next week. Lvl 26 Titan not long to go now. I've nearly levelled up my sub class as well. I hate grinding but it has to be done. Platinum will be mine :D

I had a typo and corrected it.. It was ascendant........energy. :indiff: Shards would have been wonderful. Most others in my group ended up with raid gear.

Well that sucks. I've been getting lucky sometimes. But not great luck although I did get a legendary helmet from cryptarch but didn't need it so turned it into shards :p

Yeah will be good to get an idea of when people are free, probably not fri/satfor me but I'll be about all day Sunday
 
I think it will reset the save priesty, sorry.

What time is good for you?

I had a lot of fun with our group yesterday, and we worked well together with a few laughs along the way.

I definitely feel I had the most difficult getting to grips with the raid, not to mention the jumping around. Thanks for being patient with me as it must have been annoying.

Looking forward to completing it, although it maybe a bit tricky organising part two.
