devil, gt3 may be ok (if you like racing at what feels like 3mph), but RSC2 is FAR more fun. It's super fast, looks and sounds incredible (hell it even makes GTp look abit old hat when you compare em next to each other), and well, it's an utter blast to play. Thats why RSC2 gets my vote . OFC this is only my opinion.

Isn't RSC2 (Rallsport Challenge 2 if you didn't know ) more arcade than sim though, as in pick up and play? Ultimate speed racer is burnout 2, loadsa fun and a huge adrenaline rush. You gotta remember games cater to different areas. GT caters too many, from the purist who likes tinkering and persevering (sp?) to gain that lil extra half second from the engine to the arcade mode for the fun drunken race before hitting the clubs or to pass time.

You're both very right.
Gran Turismo can be the most UN-FUN game at times.
I haven't had the opp to play RSC2, but the first one was a bit arcade-ish, I thought.
V-Rally 3 was a very good rally sim, but didn't have nearly enough courses for my taste.

Devil have you ever tried any of the WRC games by evolution studios? Good games, I have the second and was surprised to hear it was only their 2nd game which unsurprisingly is the sequel to the 1st.

I almost bought a used copy of WRC (PS2) yesterday, but got Midnight Club 2 instead (for the second time).

GT4 is going to own. period, lol. I can see it now... Online racing leagues... teams... The game will probably be damn near flawless and plus its got a huge diehard fanbase. Its gonna be insane... insane...
