So would I be able to show my Gallardo Spyder picture although it was in a motor show well actually it wa sin the back stage paddock which looks just like a car park but you know. So would I be able to show it?

Of course! Go ahead - we'd love to see it. 👍

Thanks guys. Well here is the story (can't just post the picture) late last year I went to a motoring show called MPH06 it is a farely cheap motor show comparing it to Geneva, but it still has all the usual mouth watering super cars including Koenigseggs and all that lot. Also at it there is a show arena the show is hosted by Jeremy Clarkson, Tiff Needel and James May (Richard Hammond was supposed to be there but he had a small accident). In the show they basically showed off the cars burnouts, drifts and revving the hell out of super cars including one part where 8 super cars where all on stage at the same time revving like mad it was basically awesome. I went back stage afterwards as part of the Paddock tour, this is where I saw my first Lambo Spyder in my favourite colours!!

The Koenigsegg on the end nearly set the curtain on fire.

I wish I had a better camera.

But according to the badges it's a SL500 AMG. I don't know how rare it is, but I don't often see AMG badged cars around here so I thought I'd snap it.

No such vehicle exists - he tossed the badges on there himself.

Really?

What processes people to buy an obviously still very expensive car, then put badges on it to make it look like a car that doesn't even exist...TO WASTE MY TIME. Bah.

Just like the Focus Type GRRR parked outside my house

Is it not possible that this is merely a AMG tuned SL500. AMG didn't officially become part of M-B until 1999. I presume that before this time they also provided different levels of modifications, from body-kits to full engine-out tuning - much in the same way a company like Alpina does for BMW.

See anything good today, well, I'll have to contact my neighbor and see if he got it uploaded to youtube later... but I watched a yellow Neon SRT-4 burn this morning.

Pulls up across the street, parks, we look out to see what the hell someone is doing at the church @ 4am, I sit back down, keeping an ear open in case of moron.... and then WHOOMPH! Ngggg-NGGGggggg-Nggggg (second car taking off down the road) and see a flaming yellow neon across the street...cue several things going up at different times, a couple rather dramatic booms, and a magnesium(?) flare up when the hose gets turned on it.

Most of AMG's work prior to making tuned version of Mercedes models was body kits and wheels, and back then they didn't even use the logo that's on that ('90-'93) Mercedes, which looks stock. He's not the first Mercedes owner who put AMG badges on his car himself, and he certainly won't be the last.

It's possible, but not likely. Since the exhaust and the rims are original Mercedes and not AMG, chances are little that the engine is modified by AMG.

So like, I can never catch the things Doug does in Buckhead. I'll post up what I took anyway though. Most shots were taken from in my car.

I might need to photograph another city, Doug's already got this place on lockdown.

I believe that was the Subway in Vermont South. So I don't know if it's worth making the longer trip to save 50c.

Since I go to University in Burwood, the suburb joining Box Hill and Toorak. My life is pretty much driving past 50 Skyline's and Supra's a day. It's rare I see an exotic.

Besides, the nearest SubWay to me is about 50meters away from my house :sly::dopey:

Skylines are getting more popular these days, especially them R32 GT-S ones and R33's, (Hell even my cousin has one  ) I havent seen any exotics for days :nervous:

Really? I'd assume that many exotics would be passing that area...
Toorak has always been good for a few exotics in my past, but I am yet to enter it's rival, Kew, properly (which has some 35 Rolls Royces but no exotics from what I've heard).

Does anyone feel like going to Greenwich, CT with me? I heres that there be a Veyron parked out front the Rolls Royce dealership.... :D

Also, now I know where all the Bentleys in Northport come from. There is a GT (black) a GTC (Black) and a Flying Spur (Beige).

Kew has 35 Rolls Royces?!?!?!
Ive been there heaps of times and all there are are like the streets are like alleys

Yesterday while doing a dealer trade to Oklahoma I spotted something I've never seen in person. An ACTUAL Shelby Cobra 427, not a replica but a real one. This (along with some other goodies) was sitting on the showroom floor of Wilmes Ford in Altus Oklahoma...there isn't another Ford dealer within 20 miles of that place.

There were also a 1959 Thunderbird (the white one in the Boss pic), 1971 Mach 1 convertible, and a regular late 60's 289 Mustang.

Well I just looked up Atlus on Wikipedia just to see its population. I did not realize there are almost 21,500 people there as of 2000. That definitely surprised me. Was there anything else of interest there?
