Didn't get my birthday car?

I'm so very confused. My birthday was Monday but I didn't get my car. Did I have to go on GT5 on my birthday? I thought I didn't but you tell me.

You have to log-in during your birthday in order to receive your B-Day Ticket. I'm not sure why they wouldn't give you the ticket if you forgot to log-in..
