Nice to see some serious discussion going on in this thread.
Keep in mind we're not trying to "bash", this isn't for "complaining", but where is the free DLC in relation to point-to-point course maker maps and other features we have been talking about in threads for the past couple weeks.
$3.99 for DLC/Four cars is not a bad deal.
But you can tell they're doing their best to make a quick dollar just by listing the product at $3.99
"Just make it $4.00, that way we get a little change for it Bob".
We already dished out money to PD last month for DLC. What, are they looking to make $4-12 off every DLC update every month?
I guess the fact is it's time to take a stand on a couple things as loyal players and consumers. Take a look at our feedback forum, it's full of content we all dieing and wishing for. But PD still has the audacity do as they please with both pricing and what they feature in an update.
The fact of the matter is that:
-The content should be free. We paid money last month.
-If they truly needed the income, they should have made a monthly payment plan for the online service of the game.
-PD charges small amounts because they know no one would buy the car anymore than the listed $3.99. They purposely had the item listed this way to so they can capitalize. I'm all for making money, but lets do it an honest way.
-The amount of content that has been created from animations, to unheard of tracks to never before seen cars: there is content available but they want to charge us for it or for the lack of it?!
-GT5 is a powerful game made by a powerful team so what is the catch?
