Just to name some on my list:

-Test Course (GT4)
-El Capitan (GT4)
-Seattle (GT4)
-Motegi (GT4)
-Las Vegas Drag Strip (GT4) or new one
-Talledega (New; Yeah, I'm a competitive NASCAR racer)
 
The track I would like to see the most in GT5 is the Mugello track (Italy, MotoGP track). I absolutely love its corners. Maybe it's because I especially enjoy 3rd gear corners :) And just look at the circuit map, you are always surrounding the main straight, it's wonderful.
 
Hockenheim (80' and 90' version)
Spa (old original long version)

TT Circuit Assen
Zandvoort (old original long circuit)
Brands hatch (short and long)
Mount Akira or another nice tougé which can compete with Forza 4's tougé.

What I want to know is why PD have been 100% silent about the old missing tracks, unless I didn't see it? Why haven't they said in a blog, a tweet, a news post, anything about the old original tracks that went missing at least? We didn't have time to redo them, we didn't like them, they're not coming back, they'll be free DLC, anything to keep up informed as to what their reasoning was for not including them and whether they will return. Even if the excuse is lame like that given for tracks missing in the other game, at least it's something.

This is what really, really bugs me about PD. They don't tell us ANYTHING.

I'm not surprised, it still bugs me though. It's 2012 in a world of blogs, social networks and online interactivity. Get with the program PD!
 
How about some rally tracks, for the erm, rally cars?
