Charles Robinson has been hospitalized after getting bit by a bat. Last I heard, he's doing okay.

Kross confirmed they did offer him a contract but Scarlet was not in the deal, Kross tried to ask for metrics but wasn't given any. Only 24 hours to sign or they'll rescind it.

Kross was definitely right not to sign it. That sounds like a "keep you here so no one else can use you" contract.

If this is a work then it will go down as the most elaborate work of all time!

Yeah, after the R-Truth situation, I have the "It sounds legit, but is it really legit?" feeling.

The PLE in September is confirmed to be Over the Limit. September 20th

Honestly surprised to see Over the Limit return of all things. It was such a random replacement for Judgment Day barring no differences before being moved to October initially before being canned for Battleground and sticking with that.

Smackdown was pretty boring, main news from it is that Sami Zayn is back on the Smackdown roster. It seem like a straight swap with LA Knight going the other way, the main event was a six man tag involving Sami, Jimmy Uso, Jacob Fatu and Solo's MFT. No new matches made for Clash In Paris which is in two weeks.

I think the reason why both Raw and Smackdown have had slow weeks is because Triple H has been on vacation, pictures of him and Stephanie have made the news as idiots have been body shaming them.

Nevermind not confirmed, I was wrong, seems we got contradictory information with sources saying the September PLE will be the return of Wrestlepalooza

Wrestlepalooza was the name of an ECW PPV in the 90's.

On Raw tonight.

Seth Rollins & The Vision segment.
Naomi addresses the state of the women's world title.
Xavier Woods v Penta.
Becky Lynch v Natalya-women's IC title match.
IYO Sky v Raquel Rodriguez.
Jey Uso v Bron Breakker.

It will be really interesting to hear what Naomi has to say.

They got a week to figure out how to deal with the title. Vaquer is the #1 contender at Clash.

In Vince McMahon world, Vaquer would just be given the stripped title by default (at least thats how Dolph Ziggler and Randy Orton won one of their World Titles)

Congrats to Naomi and Jimmy, she is seven weeks pregnant with her first child.

The most logical thing would be IYO v Stephanie for the title at Clash, as both are owed title matches. IYO was meant to have a title match a couple of weeks ago and Vaquer won the battle royale at Evolution to earn a title shot at Clash.

Apart from the Naomi news it was another meh episode of Raw, the main event was Jey Uso v Bron Breakker in an extreme rules match which was good with Jey winning with some help from Punk, Knight and a returning Roman Reigns, Becky Lynch had a successful title defense against Natalya, Sheamus v Rusev in a donnybrook match has been made for Clash, its like an Irish version of a no DQ match.

Well I'm half-right on semifinalists.
Ended up being set for the 23rd as:
  • Saori Anou v.s Momo Watanabe
  • AZM v.s Rina

  • Saori Anou, still being sold on so 🤷‍♂️ take it or leave it for me but not gonna object
  • maybe momo can finally win a big match again after her Wonder of Stardom title win🙏
  • AZM is technically the most experienced wrestler in the semis (debuted in 2013 at 11) (not made up) (and even then the debut was pushed back. At 9, was part of the same class of Stardom trainees as Kairi Sane) (also not made up)
  • At 18, Rina winning it all would laugh in the face of the granny Suzu Suzuki

It's so weird seeing the word "Donnybrook" being used for a No Holds Barred match, it's the name of one of the poshest districts in Dublin.

With all this trying to beat AEW now, I guess Saturday PLEs are dead :(

EDIT: I'm a moron September 20th is a Saturday

Clash in Paris will be the last Peacock Main Roster PLE, with Wrestlepalooza being the first on ESPN Direct Deposit. Smackdown on delay should still be shown, and NBCU gets a few more SNME's.

WWE brokered this, so I have to wonder if there's a rift between TKO and NBCU, if TKO just badly wants all their assets on one platform, or if they saw what Indycar did and wanted to make good with the Mouse to potentially get them to buy in as well.

All I know...I 'ain't buyin' anythin'. I'll go back to iRacing or FF14 for what it cost to watch.

Canceled some old subscriptions that I don't use anymore, so hopefully it'll give me a better buffer for ESPN...

WWE are on tour of the UK and Ireland this coming week ahead of Clash In Paris next Saturday, starting with Smackdown tonight which is from Dublin so it will be on earlier for some people.

Here's what's on the show.

John Cena appearance.
Charlotte Flair v Piper Niven
R-Truth v Aleister Black
The Street Profits v MFT

Raw will be from Birmingham, and that's Birmingham, England and not Birmingham, Alabama!

Roman Reigns v Bronson Reed has been made for Clash In Paris, it will be Roman's first singles match on a PLE since last years WrestleMania.

They announced Saturday Night Main Event will be airing on Peacock going forward in the States, this includes Cenas final match

There's a lot of high-cutting matches going on this month. Cool that they're going to start showing matches on Peacock for people that do not have cable. Wrestling won't be the same without Hulk Hogan. Still can't believe he died. Rick Flair was devastated about his death. Sad, :(

Great promo segment between John Cena and Logan Paul, Cena tore Paul a new one and hit him with an AA but Paul knocked Cena out at the end of the show, Becky Lynch started the show off as they were in Dublin, it lead to a women's tag match between Lynch, Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton and Jade Cargill. Randy Orton returned to hit Drew McIntyre with and RKO from outta nowhere, R-Truth accidently travelled to Dublin, Georgia!
