Yes! Not in the red bubble though, you have it set to 'MP4, for PSP' .
It needs to be on 'MP4 for PSP, Direct, Renamed' .
And don't rename it.

I dont know if anyone has said this but they may have. Download PSPvideo9. Google it and find it somewhere, that automatically compresses and reformats the movie/music/pics and puts them on the psp.
