I agree with you on that. For some reason we are unable to adjust volume on music or engine sound. I guess the only way to bring up the engine volume would be to turn the music off and crank up your TV volume.Quote: from squadjot on 4:26 pm on Aug. 11, 2001[br]I cant understand why the engine sound is so weak!!!
it really pulls the game down....
but hey...the game still KICK ASS..
but what do you guys think?
thats true, and also fire coming out of the xhaust when ur shiftin, just like in real races.Quote: from squadjot on 9:46 am on Aug. 11, 2001[br]also small effects like exhaust-pops, and gearshift-soundeffects´would be cool....
Squad, I'm not sure about this one but one might try www.scea.com if that isn't the right spot they may point you in the right directionQuote: from squadjot on 4:55 pm on Aug. 11, 2001[br]do anybody got a email-adress to the developer-staff....?

They recorded the engine for every different car. All the sounds are real because they are recordings of what they really sound like. Just because it sounds smoother somewhere else doesnt mean its true.Originally posted by squadjot
yeah, but i also mean the engine-sound ITSELF,--real race cars, dont sound like that!!!!!
I tried the Lemans 24 hour-game for ps2, and damn that panoz has a nice, realistic, sound...
I think that should focus on better sound enviroment, also adding Surround-sound to the perspective!!!!!
The PS2 can do better than that!!!
