I might be if Minecraft hasn't completely sucked away my video game time

I wasn't too amazed by the Fable 2,so i probably won't be getting the 3rd one.

I loved Fable 2 and cant wait to get the 3rd one. Especially since it will be a full, true, co-op campaign. I will be picking it up after work. But I am going to browse some of the forums first to make sure there are not any major bugs, or glitches in the game.

It's a video game in the modern age, of course there will be bugs. I think I am going to get it today barring the weather doesn't bring the second coming like all the news channels are predicting. Bad weather = long day at work.

Well I never encounterd any major bugs at all in Fable 2. My main concern is that its not buggy like Fallout New Vegas. That has to be one of THE most buggy games I have played on the 360. Some of the games I have played lately have been loaded with problems. Hopefully this game breaks that chain.

Is this game still ridiculously easy like Fable II? I had no fun playing that game since there was absolutely no penalty for dying and really no need for any strategy. I would seriously get bored to the point of falling asleep during some of the quests once I was pretty far in the game because it's just mashing the same button over and over again.

and camaroboy, ALL fallout games are buggy. that doesn't mean they aren't amazing, just save a lot and enjoy it for what it is.

If you didnt enjoy Fable 2 you probably wont enjoy Fable 3. I like how laid back the game is. If you wanted a challenge you could have used less powerful weapons and even turned off the golden trail. Sounds like you wont enjoy this one. I wont know until later tonight when I get out of work. Very excited for this game especialy since it has a true full co-op campaign.

Oh well, I guess fallout will keep me busy. I'm sure one of my friends will buy it, so I'll probably give it a shot at one of their houses first.

Fable II had so much potential for me, and I had fun with it until I had so much money that I could buy everything...but yeah, just not enough of a challenge that I was looking for.

Come on I'm waiting for your impression on NFS HP. I have gold so I cant try it until the PS Store updates later ....

I did try the free Fable 2 episode 1. It was ok.

I played Fable 3 for a couple hours last night. If you though Fable 2 was easy this is MUCH easier especially since its a full true co-op campaign. Its a much different setup than the 2nd game and dummed way down. So if you didnt like Fable 2 you sure as heck wont like Fable 3.

I played for a couple hours and am enjoying the game but they made some strange changes since Fable 2. In Fable 2 you were able to select the exact expression you wanted to use for each person. You could also entertain an entire group of people like this. In Fable 3 you can only approach 1 person at a time and only entertain that person. And you can only select the expression the game defaults too. So a lot of the freedom from Fable 2 is gone. Unless this unlocks later but I doubt it.

I also dont see any way to select the items I have bought. In Fable 2 you had a menu with all your food, supplies, potions, gems, everything. So far I dont see how to do that. I also have no idea when my health is low until I am warned. Still an enjoyable game but I miss being able to entertain a group of people and I miss being able to pick items from my inventory. Now instead of hitting start and selecting from an inventory, you have to go into a room to select clothing, weapons, save, or game settings.

The co-op is excellent. Very well executed and this is actually how Fable 2 should have been. True drop in drop out co-op campaign.

I was having a great time in this game and had around 20 hours. Even helped a couple friends with their campaign. I was also making over 3,000 gold per blade when it was x10. THEN while joining a friends game it froze during a loading screen and my save got corrupt. :( So I ended up starting over. When I joined their game I didnt have any clothes on. I didnt think anything of it until I got back to my sanctuary and everything was gone. Now my pre order codes dont work, free weapons codes dont work. Pretty much started over from scratch with nothing. :( I am still enjoying this game but that was beyond frustrating.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Nope everything is fine for me. I only did a little co-op though. Game is pretty cool though. My character is all about the rifle and can deal so pretty serious long range damage.

If you go into Bowerstone market during the busy xboxlive times and try to do the Blacksmith job or Lute job you will see the problems that xboxlive is causing with the game. Framerate drops and lag will make it very hard to hold a 10x multiplier with anything in Fable 3. Especially if you have it set to all orbs on. I tried it offline and online and its clearly something wrong with xboxlive. Because offline I dont have a single problem.

Ran into another glitch last night. Now when I go to buy armor and clothing it does not show up in my sanctuary. BUT it shows up when I go to sell items. So regardless, I cant wear any new clothing or armor I buy.

I was in Bowerstone market when I noticed some massive object coming toward me. As it approached it went right through me and continued across the map. It was a house!!! Somehow this house was attached to a guard. Everywhere he walked, the he house was with him. Just wondering if anyone else has seen something like this?

 Wow that's an interesting glitch.

Ya I got to the end of the game, realised you had to just wait around to let your properties give you money so you could finish it and then just lost interest. Kind of disappointing.

I already have over 65 hours into Fable 3. I have finished the game 2 full times as a good hero. 1 male one female. Last night I started my 3rd playthrough and this time as an evil male. I am sure once I finish the evil playthrogh and get most of the achievements, I will be done with the game.

I quite enjoyed Fable 1 & 2 up to a point, but this one just feels too linear. I know I can ignore quests and such, but it just doesn't seem set up to reward exploration outside of following the golden trail.

I really loved Fable 2 but I agree F3 was a bit of a letdown. The full true co-op was a great addition to the game which should have been in F2. But other than that it just feels like a step backward and WAY too easy and dummed down. I went through the game my first time without really trying and never died. Not even 1 time. My biggest complaint is the item menu and the expressions. You cant even pick your expressions at all like in F2. Oh well I have been through F3 over 4 or 5 times. 3 times myself and a couple times helping friends. Pretty much done with the game besides trying to get a couple achievements. Still cant get the "dye hippie dye" to work. But I will get it eventually. Overall F2 was a much more enjoyable game. Especially the cruciable. Loved that part of F2.
