I'm usually nice but its funny when you're mean. I asked someone what the fastest way to get out of somewhere was and they told me to jump out the window.

Seconded, downloaded it too. So far I've played 1 to 2 hours and seems good. I just need to put more time in.
 
Guh - just went through some Canyon with 2 locations (at the bottom of the map)...

Had to head back to GoodSprings and get deRadded after that - and I found nothing down there!!

Might have to go and explore it a bit better when I'm better tooled up!!

I need a house to stash all my stuff in!!

I tried to go down there before but there are about 9000 radscorpions and golden geckos down there. I thought the wrecked plane near there was kinda cool but there wasn't much loot.

I also heard one of the NPCs talking about a large bomber underwater somewhere but haven't found it yet.
 
Yeah - I had some last second emergency stimpak insertion needed down there... only just came out alive!! EDE wasn't much help with them - and I lucked out at one point by being bashed up a slope into an unreachable position for the Geckos... where I could rain death down upon them with my Varmint Rifle!!

So, did my question get missed or are all of you too young to notice who the voice of New Vegas is? I'm sure it wasn't cheap for them to have him, as well as allot of the other voice actors I have heard in the game, pretty shocking at the amount of talent that they put into the sound in this game.

Every time I get pushed/knocked/jumped into somewhere the enemies can't get they just run away and I have to chase them. As for the varmint rifle I wish it had more power. I've got a silenced/scoped/extended mags version but it doesn't have the knock down power.
 
Wayne Newton it is, I'm sure that wasn't cheap. Everyone is giving this game so much crap for all of the bugs, but really what do you expect with such a large and expansive type game people!? I am currently doing the come fly with me mission, this is the last mission I will be able to do before I have to take it back in a few hours, sadly enough. I have allot of packing to do because we are moving this next sunday, maybe next month I will be able to purchase it.

EDIT: Well I finished the mission and finished in a not so nice way (If you did the mission you know the 2 options you have :) ) and I didn't get a freeze up so it looks like they fixed that on the 360. I just had to take it back which sucks, oh well.

just finished up clearing vault 3. After yesterdays vault 22.

Did some looting and sell. Currently at 10000caps. Have an Brotherhood of steel armor but can't use it.

Some pretty weapons too (pay a visit to Reppcon HQ ;)).

But on the survival skill it's cool but i don't use it anymore. Good enough with stimpacks and sleeping. I'm just selling all the crap.
Tomorrow i gonna loot the vault 3 down :D
 
Took down my first Giant radscorpions. I had pretty much just finished dispatching the Powder Gangers in Primm & had gotten my hands on a cool incinerator that I just had to test out. Took a lot of burning & running but I fried it in the end.

I'm also really digging the Iron sight. I've managed hits that VATS would never have made with my very lowly stats at present.
 
Yup this in my opinion is THE must buggy, glitch filled game on the 360.

I have 20 hours into this game and I cant think of a single other game that has this many problems. I loved Fallout 3 but I am finding New Vegas to be more frustrating than fun with all the problems that carried over from Fallout 3, and all the new problems.

Some of my issues.

-Froze 3 times
-Fell through map twice
-Gun glitch where the gun disappears then goes above your head, this happens all the time
-Pip boy very bright glitch, had to re-load a previous save to stop this
-Follower getting stuck in objects several times, had to reload previous save
-enemies sticking through the ground and cant be killed
-many more I cant remember

I don't think i've found this place yet.Which location is it near?

I have took a break from missions and just started looking around.I accidently stumbled upon the quarry and had my butt handed to me by the Deathclaw's and i'm at level 19 lol.So needless to say i have stayed far away from that area.

I'm starting to find some really cool weapons now. I'm in Vegas and I'm constantly gambling. :lol: My biggest win iis 900 caps.

For anyone who hasn't made it to Vegas, find the super mutant camp for a heap of cool weapons and goods worth 10 000 + caps
 
I know where the BOS are but I haven't figured how to wear the BOS armor yet. The NCR also has power armor and it does not need special training to wear but its not as strong. I also think the NCR armor doesn't show up until late in the game anyway.

Any advice of getting in Vegas for free (put it in spoilers)?
 
You can buy a fake passport from someone for 500 caps with a successful speech check if you want. It only takes having 2000 caps to get in though and you don't have to pay anything. Just get 2000 caps and go.
 
Doesn't cost anything to get in but you do need 2000 caps to show to the robot (they don't take it) . If you don't have it or can't earn it then

Do jobs for "The King" and he will get you in or buy a fake passport from mick & whatever trader in freeside, some speech skill might be required
