This is the discussion thread for an article on GTPlanet:
I went with the TR120S V2 and I'm really happy with it, I don't think I'll ever have to buy another rig like this again.Interesting. Trak is the brand I want when I eventually get a cockpit.
People had the same hopes for the Fanatec/Corsair situation, but if you follow the fanatec thread here or in the official forums there still seem to be a ton of problems (customer support, damaged/failed hardware, buggy or not working at all software etc.)First, this is might be a good thing for US based customers. Trak Racer has notoriously bad customer service in the US, I’ve seen frequent complaints from missing parts and boxes to uncontactable customer service.
Haha, well scrap that thought then. Lucky I’m not in the US.People had the same hopes for the Fanatec/Corsair situation, but if you follow the fanatec thread here or in the official forums there still seem to be a ton of problems (customer support, damaged/failed hardware, buggy or not working at all software etc.)
GT Omega are better and cheaper option BTW. Especially if you want to have plain Alum profiles and not the simplified ones.Interesting. Trak is the brand I want when I eventually get a cockpit.
I mean, it got better in terms of shipping and new products, but their firmware updates got quite sloppy. New software tho is better than the old one.People had the same hopes for the Fanatec/Corsair situation, but if you follow the fanatec thread here or in the official forums there still seem to be a ton of problems (customer support, damaged/failed hardware, buggy or not working at all software etc.)
