F2007 is lighter, more aerodynamic and has more available down force = 3-4 sec. quicker per lap.
Both cars are fantastically tossable, easily the best cars in GT5. The 07 is more manageable at the limit probably due to increased aero & downforce.

Don't buy either!

You get a two Lvl24 Reward tickets from completing the Endurance Halls of Aspec and Bspec. You're guaranteed to get one of them. Use the 20mil on something else, there won't be anything more frustrating than to waste your hard work on getting a duplicate car.

Honestly, buy something else. You can't even use the F10 or F2007 in Aspec races..

On topic: I prefer the F10, it just feels that bit more modern.

If I had to wait until completing all the endurance races in A and B spec to get an F2007, it'd be a long wait. I paid the money (12.5 million I believe) for the F2007, and I have more than made it back driving the seasonals.

I love this car; definitely my favorite to drive. It's a dream to handle with no tuning except downforce and transmission...maybe played with the brake force too. It'll run rings around the FGT IMO.

Hey, whatever works for you man, but especially with Remote Racing, you can level up to 40 in Bspec in no time. It'll only take a couple of days of leaving your PS3 on to beat all of the endurance races.

I can't vote because I only drove the F10. It's one of my favorite cars to drive in the game. I just hope I get the F2007 with the level 24 ticket.

F2007. The only track I feel the F10 is better at is Cote D' Azur due to all the low-mid speed corners which is where the F10 excels. At higher speeds it becomes much too unstable compared to the F2007 and it doesn't like tracks with a lot of elevation changes.

F2007 is an amazing car, I have both. I think they're worth the 12 million, considering there are less interesting cars for 20 million.

Only drove the F10 but that felt much more drivable than the FGT. That being said, it even felt really good compared to the Formula cars in F1 2010.

These are my experiences, of course! Yours may differ greatly, and I don't consider myself that great a driver... yet.

I practiced with the 07 and 10 on the Nurburgring GP, and for me, my better laps were about 1 second faster (when I didn't crash) on the '10. However, for the seasonals, I found the 2007 to work better as it seemed more forgiving when driven (perhaps too) hard. So, for consistency, 2007 due to forgiveness as it didn't crash as much, but '10 for having more potential.

Over 60 races? Impressive. I've probably run about a dozen so far. I think my favourite is the Eiger, but Sukuka comes a close second.

F1 2007 because it's a championship winner. Plus the extra 2.5m must mean something...

I also prefer the F2007 because of its incredible handling at high speed, but the F10 is also a great car to drive.

I like how both handle (very very well to be specific), but for some reason, the F10 is aesthetically displeasing to me, as I grew up seeing F1 cars with a fairly large rear wing and the F10's wing seems, well, shrunken.

Much appreciate your feedback guys.
From what I read so far it's really a matter of taste, rather than one out-performing the other.
Some of you made an interesting observation that the F10 seem to be better on the low and mid range speeds, and the F2007 is better on the higer speeds.
Some suggesting that the F2007 is more "forgiving" when driven, but that the F10 has a greater potensial...

All the hard choises we have to make in this life!!! ;)

I prefer the F2007 than the F10. The F10 seems to have more understeer. But the F2007 is much faster than the F10. Could of made the F10 better in my opinion.

I take the F2007 out for a spin to calm myself after wrestling with the FGT. :)

I've been running the Ferrari seasonals since they first came out. I can beat Indy in my sleep, and what a cash cow, but Suzuka took forever to beat. I just couldn't string together enough good laps in one race. Eiffel, Tokyo, and Nurb fall in between those two.

So far, I've got ~4200 miles on the F2007, equivalent to more than 100 races on the seasonals.

Both cars are awesome, but the F10 makes my wheel rattle like crazy. It's very easy to go fast in the F2007. On Tokyo R246 my fastest time in the F2007 is a 1:08.9 and in the F10 it is a 1:09.3. They are both very close. It always takes me much longer to go fast in the F10 though.

It seems like everyone likes the f2007 out of the two Ferrari F1's. Why? I like the F10 model, it looks better than the old one and it has the F-duct on it of that year. Not that it is functional in GT5.

I have the F10 and love it as well....don't have a 2007 yet.

It would be interesting to hear any reasons why one is superior to the other.

The 2007 is much, much faster.

F1 banned all sorts of aerodynamic aids in 2009, so the F2007 has much more downforce than the F10.

F2007 big potential is that is has massive massive amount of downforce, you can go full throttles in some corners while the F10 will surely slide.

The reason why I like the F10 is that it has sharp handling with amount of oversteer.(my type of handling). F10 is faster on tracks that dont require alot of downforce but quick sharp turns. (Cote'd Azur)

F2007 is good for tracks that need downforce and long, less sharp turns.(Suzuka) I feel the F2007 understeers alot more then F10 though.

and now that I have adapted to the modeling of the F10, I think it's more sexy ;).

So it all depends on track and personal preference on handling.

(I own both and drive both equally)

schumacher had an understeer type of driving style so there you go :D

Schumacher likes oversteer, he complained about the front tyres being too small, and the car not being aggressive enough...

It was Kimi's car, and I believe the one in which he stuck it to Alonso, and won the World Title.

the F10 is Alonso's car, which he stuck it to Massa in at the German GP.
