I prefer the f2007 above the 10 and fgt. Fgt sucks at covering and so does the 20. The 2007 rocks and its, turn performance is awesome. It feels like it glides around corners and corner speed is greater. Fgt and 10 sucks. They are slow around corners and seem to fish tail a bit when hitting the breaks for a turn where the 2007 seems to glide smoothly.

Fgt and 10 seem to hit a wall and jerk a bit instead of smoothly glide around corners. If turning right and u use breaks a bit the fgt and 10 back end jerks left and hits a wall type stop. Back end fisheries kinda.2007 seems more smooth and you can hear the tires screeching smoothly on corners.

I don't know what im talking about lol. I'm only describing it. I don't know what it is.

Sure be nice to use 2007 in other races and sure be nice to make f10 and fgt corner like the f2007.

For some reason acceleration is better on the fgt. On Tokyo track that is the first track for the ferrari seasonal the fgt can get up to about 215 or so on the starting straight. The f2007 is right around 205 or so.

But man. I love how the f2007 glides around corners on that track.

The F2007 is easier to drive fast. The F10 is more than capable of keeping up in the hands of a competent driver and on some tracks you could argue that the F10 is quicker. I detest the F10 and I rarely ever drive it yet my fastest lap on Monaco is with the F10. The track, setup, and driver will determine whether the F10 is fast enough to compete or not whereas even the most average driver can get 95% out of the F2007 without worrying about setup or track.

The Formula GT in my opinion is just a terrible driving, looking, and sounding Formula type car.

F10 was subject to more regulations regarding aerodynamics and engine size. Also, the regenerative braking system apparently made the car worse off.

"Regenerative braking system"? You mean KERS? It wasn't used in 2010. It was technically allowed according to the FIA regulations for the season, but all the teams mutually agreed not to use it that year, so the Ferrari F10 didn't have KERS at all.

Ferrari F2007 is faster than you [F10]. Can you please confirm you understood that message.

I wonder what percentage of the community would get that reference.

I have drag raced an f10 in my f2007 at top gear and I beat the f10 :)

F1 cars aren't about just drag-racing. These sorts of cars are about performance under braking, in corners, and accelerating through and out from corners, none of which is illustrated in drag race performance. A car can win a drag race but still lose in a lap of a circuit. A drag race is a pretty useless comparison for F1 cars, really.

I say that if you have the extra 2.5mill go with the F2007 but if not go with the F10. or ask for a lvl 24 ticket. Btw can I have a lvl 24 ticket please? :)

The f2007 has a V10 while the f10 has a V8, also the F2007 has wider tyres even though they are grooved they are more sticky than the narrow full slicks of the f10, there is also less overall aerodynamic and mechanical grip on the F10 due to safety rules which get more restrictive each year, (imagine how fast these things would be without the annual slow down cuts to performance) I still prefer the F10, shame it doesn't seem to use its F duct in the game though even though the description states the car is equipped with F duct, ahh well. Also I believe last year they swithed to no refuelling during the race which in theory would make the car slightly heavier and slightly relocated all the cars systems to less than optimal positions because of the larger fuel tank but this is also not reflected in game.

Just another tidbit of info about F1 in general I heard that in 2013 they are switching to full hybrid cars with either 4 cyl or 6 cyl only

In GT5 the F2007 gets more grip on high speed corners which makes it noticeably better on some courses (Superspeedway Daytona for example).

I dont know why every one hates the FGT so much its a fantastic car once you learn how to drive it.
And its a lot more of a challenge to race the FGT over the F2007 and F10.

The F2007 has a V8. 2005 was the last year for the V10 in Formula 1, 2006 onwards have been using V8 engines.

In 2013 i think F1 will use 1.5-1.6 litre 4 cylinder twin turbo setups. It will be interesting because the cars should have more torque than they do now, which should liven up the driving :)

I finally got a chance to drive both. I'd give the overall nod to the F2007 as the better car. To me the F2007 really feels and handles like a baby X2010. You can fling it into corners as fast as you want and also accelerate hard out of a turn without looping the ass end around like the FGT car.

As as far as looks are concerned it's definately a better looking car than the F10. the butt end fo the F10 is fugly.

The F2007 has more downforce so it can corner better, but in my opinion I like the steering wheel of the F10 more, it has colours!

The F10 also looks pretty odd in my opinion...

I destroy people in F2007's off the line at Suzuka, when I'm in a F10. Im fairly good at launching cars, but its quite faster... im putting it down to more ground contact, because the F10 uses slicks. Of course, once you get up to speed, the F2007 has more aero grip...

2007

There is a reason it is more expensive...

Both - I picked up the cheaper F2010 first and trained on it. After grinding/training my account back to C12million, I stepped up to the F2007. The hundreds of laps on the inferior F2010 really helped when I upgraded to the superior F2007.

The F2007 is easier to drive, so easier to go fast with, but I have no difficulty keeping up with F2007's in my F10. I like the F10, but the F2007 is unanimous.
