FH3 on PC from XBone purchase

Some time ago I bought FH3 (I think it might even have been a couple of weeks after release) for the Xbone on physical disc, so this was at a time when the game wasn't available on the PC. Is there any way I can claim this for use on the PC under the Play Anywhere system, or am I going to have to bite the bullet and buy it again for the PC?

It only works if you bought it digitally on the Xbox/PC. Other than that, you're out of luck.

Ah crap. It's on sale ATM for £20 + £7 for the expansion packs, so I guess I'll have to get it that way.
