What you wanna do is change the dates to 15:00 EST (3:00pm) 17:00 EST (5:00pm) and 22:00 EST (10:00pm)

The times will stay the same, i.e 4, 6, and 10. So whatever those times need to be.

Can someone with a fully broken in car post all the cars stats?

Power (@ RPM)
Torque (@ RPM)
Weight
etc. (if there's more)

Wardez, what time will PURE JGTS start and end? What time be best for those running that series as well?

I also race at 7:00 pm EST/EDT on Sundays.
 
Pretty sure Pure starts at 11:00am for me, so I think we're OK with our start times.

Here is how I do it. Requires a thumb drive aka geek stick.

Once you have the picture in your album on GT life. You go to it. Click the option and export to XMB.

Now with pic exported you quit game. Go to picture icon in the XMB. Find picture again option I think triangle. Send or save to thumb drive.

You are now ready to drop it on the PC.



Or load picture as favorite. Sign in to gran-turismo.com and log into your account. Pic is there you can right click and save.
 
Turbo just to let you know the GMT time on the 1st post is wrong, GMT is 5 hours ahead of EDT or 4 hours ahead of EST. But since you guys will on EDT when the series starts I would just add 5 hours to your start time to avoid any confusion.

UTC is the same as GMT, it's just that UTC is based on an atomic scale, not just solar.

UTC "format" is pretty much just military time.

Actually UTC = GMT.
GMT was deprecated since it made England feel like the center of the word (which was pretty true in the 1880's when it was created). UTC is "Universal Time" where GMT was "Greenwich Mean Time"... The difference is truly semantic, but I figure since GMT was abandoned for UT in the 1920's it's about time we stop using GMT before the hundred year anniversary of it's death is celebrated. ;)

EDT = UTC - 4
EST = UTC - 5

Trust me, I live in EDT/EST.

Here you go:

4PM EST = 1600 EST +5 = 2100 UTC (Sunday)
6PM EST = 1800 EST +5 = 2300 UTC (Sunday)
10PM EST = 2200 EST +5 = 0300 UTC (Monday)

Oh. :p I'm in the same boat as you then (ooh edit: no pun intended). And yeah I've been doing that right from the get go, especially at Spa where there is a late apex to a lot of corners. And yeah I've driven at Laguna and GVS Reverse. The only times I don't feel it understeering is at tight hairpins. You can go flat out through the long left hander after the corkscrew and the car doesn't even twitch. :yuck:

I felt this way as well. This is a good example of the car's understeer. It is fun to drive as is, but I feel it would be more fun if the back end was a bit looser. The only option to play with is tires though.

After quite a few AWESOME races tonight, I've warmed slightly to softs. Awful in long corners but I guess they're the more useable tyre and will be best for half a race length. If anyone's wondering, there's still a few guys in the room number posted on the previous page.

Oh, btw... this is kind of a cool feature of that site.

You select when you want to do something and it will give you a link people can use to convert it to their own time zone.

So you can say the first race will be: Nov 6th 2011 @ 1600 UTC

Then just change the options in the url
y=2011&mo=11&d=6&h=21&mn=0
(year & month & day & hour & minute)

And you can make

Div 1 | Div 2 | Div 3

Links for each race people can use to find out when it is local time. 👍
