What a great race!

Was literally shouting at the TV for the last 8 or so laps.

JGreens,
you've made your point, more than once, so let's leave it at that shall we.

That was definitely the drive of Lewis' and Alonso's life! The tire punctures are definitely bad luck for the drivers that experienced it as well as Vettel's possible gearbox failure but it deffinitely was a good race! :D

Short memory, eh?

Not a short memory, no reason to be moronic about the situation. You're not the FIA and you doing caps lock in the forum repeating the same post and ignore AUP is stupid, you weren't going to change things. How dare you use that driver's death as some cop out to try and justify you being a fool in the forum.

EDIT:

Thanks Sphinx

F1 certainly isn't boring at the moment.

So happy for Hamilton having such a great drive today, 1st - 22nd - 4th. Awesome stuff, it's a shame he had the puncture. You never know, he could have been on the top step with that pace. Great racing.

Hear hear.

Anyway congrats Rosberg!

Cop out? A fool?

Four tires exploded in the race. One driver's helmet was hit by debris at racing speed.

That is too dangerous.

Lewis, quite possibly. That tire failure could easily have knocked him out of the race, let alone the points. But all things considered, that was a Sunday drive for Alonso, at least compared to his more spirited drives!

Great race, unfortunately overshadowed by the tyre dramas which will no doubt dominate discussion until next week

Wonder if MGP will get another controversy after this win .

Anyways, great job by Lewis and Mark. I have to say those two are the drivers of the weekend with a notable shout to Di Resta as well.

Nice, Mercedes up to 2nd place in the constructors!

Sphinx told you enough, I suggest you take his warning seriously. We can tell the race is dangerous with out your "deep" insight, clearly you didn't read what I typed.

I already hear Red Bull and Ferrari complaining about it lol.

I'm amazed that you all still didnt put Jgreens in ignore list. This part of the forum get much better since I've done so.

For once there isn't am awkward silence between the 3 drivers.

Dangerous as it was, it still was exciting.

I already hear Red Bull and Ferrari complaining about it lol.

I see no reason for that, MGP suffered a failure, Hamilton drove his pants off to get to fourth.

Hearing the British crowd cheer when Vettle's car died was epic!

Webber and Hamilton were on it. Just happy finger boy didn't win.

Sigh. Hamilton should've been the winner.

Yeah, such a shame about his tyre. He was looking set to lead this one from start to finish. :indiff:

Would have been great to see him win his home GP again.

It was in reference to Monaco. I hope you picked that up man .

Makes the championship battle very exciting now with this race result. Mercedes have good race pace, if tyres are changed to Kevlar ones and helps Mercedes further, then I think they have a very good chance of taking the fight to Red Bull and Ferrari.

Come on still, Mercedes suddently able to do the whole race at a faster pace, you dont think RBR and Ferrari will complain about the illegal tyre testing again ? Mentionning how big of a jump mercedes made ?

I admit it could be other things and I'm supporting Mercedes since Lewis is there now but still.

I'm not saying they wont, but they need to realize it is a non-issue now and move on. I support them too due to being a Lewis fan myself, but also due to Nico and always cheering on such a nice person. However, the jump is due to various reasons not just a tire test, but yeah..

They're ahead of Ferrari in the WCC, they are targeting RBR

MGP had upgrades to their car for this race. It certainly wasn't the tires.

Blue turtle shell by Rosberg on Vettel .
