According to the rules if you have a significant part of the car alongside another then the other driver has to leave room. Hamilton was alongside Rosberg and Vettel wasn't alongside Button.

If I remember correctly, the stewards said that Hamilton was not alongside Rosberg, therefore no punishment for Rosberg because he didn't force Hamilton off the track.

I fail to see how you can have Hamilton there and not Raikkonen.

He did gain place from below and have the fast pace (unlap himself) before retiring so, i think he deserve meanwhile for Raikonen, he have the pace for podium but imo 4th wasn't enough even after he started in the top 10.

Hamilton didn't have room to stay on the track, he had to avoid the collision. Vettel did have room but he CHOSE to go off track. That's the key difference that you seem to be ignoring here.
