I really like the nissan sentra se-r. I tuned it to c class and it handles really nice and has decent power with only street air filter and street ignition. The altima on the other hand i didnt liek too much, ill give it another chance when i am done throwing the sentra around the track:dopey:.

I wish that FM2 had some more BMWs like the E30 M3 or M1.

I'd like to see any Z's and some non-M cars like a 330i and/or 335is. Give us the 1-series while they are at it, preferably the diesel. :)

You can't complain with the free cars, making people pay for the one car though is sad. I won't buy the 908, I have less interest in the uncustomisable racing cars. I'll download the others just for the hell of it.

But the 908 IS customizable...at least in paint. Whoopty doo Turn10.

I kind of find the 908 HDi Fap a better deal, then the Nissan pack, even if you have to pay to download the car.

Why, you're getting a third as much and paying for it? It's a better car, but do you think it took Turn 10 more time to model it?

Since the paint is customisable, I might get it myself though, I like creating my own race car liveries and that's a race car that I can do that with.

Does anyone know when the track dlc's are coming? I read on err forzasomething.net they were gonna release the nurb with the gp circuit and le sarthe as well or was that made up?

Am I the only person glad to see a current-generation LMP in a sim-style racing game? I mean, sheesh. Within Forza's R1 category, you have LMP900's, the lone LMGTP, a Cat. 2 Group C car, and an IMSA WSC refugee.

Seeing the Peugeot 908 gives me hope that we'll see the Porsche RK Spyder (in Penske and Dyson paint), Acura ARX-01, and if we're really well behaved maybe some of the privateer cars like the Lolas, Pescarolos, Radicals, and Courages.

It's expected and what DLC were suppose to be for... Not for promoting inferior uncustomizeable sedans.

Did you have to use points for the Nissans? How many of you actually had to buy more points to download the Peugeot? Quit your bitching.

I actually like the Nissans. They are all fun to drive. I didn't download the Peugeot because I don't like R1 cars.

I downloaded the Pug cos I couldn't resist doing so, even though I probably won't ever buy or drive it. How stupid does that make me?! Thinking on... if one in every 5 FM2 owners buy this car, that's approximately US$185,000 in the pockets of Turn 10 for a car model that probably took 3 people a couple days to create. I'm in the wrong job! In the grand scheme of things that's way too much money for not much work. If indeed they did make these kinds of figures, I would think that repeating this single-car/track buying method (at say 50-100 pts per item) will be far too tempting rather than bunching a whole load of cars and a few tracks into a package for 500-800 points. Or perhaps I am being way too cynical.

I don't think so. That, as far as I know, is how Sony plans to make money with GT5, offering a wide variety of cars on top of those included in the game. Its actually really smart if you ask me... Put the basic content in there, you know, the stuff that most people want and care about, but leave the specialty models and one-off specials to those who are willing to pay for it. You make a lot more money that way, furthermore, give gamers more of what they want... That is, if they're willing to pay for it.

Sooo... yeah... Anyone know how long turn10 are gonna drag their asses for the next DLC...? And also if they'll have some more amazing... cars.

Only thing I've heard so far is that we can expect a couple more batches this year... no mention of tracks, so I guess they'll all be just cars (not free either)

I'm already bored with Forza to be honest... :\

Is there any record of what the updates contain? I've done two updates in the past couple of months but haven't really noticed anything different.

I am looking forward to these:

Audi R10, Lamborghini Miura P400, Lamborghini Miura Concept, Porsche 911 GT3 RS (997), SEAT Leon Supercup, Dodge Challenger Concept

The only thing I really want are the Civics, other then that I'm not overly impressed with the list. We've waited a long time for this and this is what we get.

I agree I love the look of that 2006 Challenger Concept over the look of the Concept Camaro. If it get any chance at all I will have to dl these and check them out for sure. Also the 70 Challenger will be in there. This is actually a pretty decent list. 400 ms points ($5.00) also isnt too bad. Wonder how much HP they allow us to put into some of these cars.
I have actually been hoping for some new tracks.

I need a 360. :( But then again, i'd have to download all the F2 updates, re-download all the DLC (and pay for it myself) and yadda yadda.

I can only play Forza 2 once a week if i'm lucky (brothers 360). :(

So where are the new tracks?

Thank you. I agree that we're LONG overdue for a decent track DLC release. I mean the "ring" is great and all, but I would love to see more than just the (overly annoying and bland) M$ "Snake" tracks and the scant selection available on the game. To me, they can push as many car releases as they like, but it won't make me all that interested until I see a proper set of tracks.

For the life of me I cant understand why you cant download the cars you want individually! I hope PD doesnt do it in a pack way like this! I would def pay for some of the cars in thats pack (although I have never owned a xbox :sly:)

Yeah thats what I said above too. We need more tracks. Thats one reason I got tired of Forza 2 was the lack of tracks. Got sick of doing the cobra tracks.
