A safe choice in the S1 Hoonigan dirt championship: a Fiesta, Focus or Escort.

But the more fun and easier option I chose:

It's basically the new Jogcon, except that was so late 90s and Japanese that I didn't think anybody would ever be insane enough to make a new one.
 
quattro is pretty close to Meta both on and off-road in S1. Road has the grip but not the power, Dirt/CC has both but it’s a little heavy. That might be a positive if you struggle with the Lola/917/CLK though.

I’ve popped links to my times and the tunes I found in my test sheet incase anyone wants to try them out. Hope it helps, car is good.

Thoughts on the quattro s1's stock engine sound in fh5?

I like it a lot, same for the regular quattro. The one change I would make has nothing to do with the engine sound but how the game itself handles engine bay related sounds. Turbo/Supercharger sounds either need to be drastically increased in volume or the way the game treats audio from those needs to be adjusted. Currently it's based on location within the car and position of the camera. So if you have a front engine turbo car, and you use chase cam, you will barely hear the turbo if at all. If you change the hood or bumper cam though the sounds are much more audible. It makes sense positionally, but some of these cars actually have turbos that are about as loud as the exhaust and the position you're listening from doesn't really change how loud they are. I remember pre-release they called it "ray traced audio" and it makes sense for how it works but it needs tweaking.

A good test of this is to pick the baja bug or desert dingo, pick F4 turbo engine swap, upgrade to race turbo, and use chase cam. It works with just adding a turbo to the stock engine but the F4 boxer engine has a lower tone so it sticks out more I think. Also I'm pretty sure that setup was even louder in FH4.

I Sir applaud you for finishing. I could not. I kept failing one of the jumps about 60% of the way in and it reset me on the floor and I was stuck. Not blaming the map or Don, the map is bloody amazing. I'm just not good enough to finish it. The Mini tune for it is great too.
 
I made a list of cars in FH5 that have some form of rally part, whether that be just lights, mudflaps or the full works. I may have missed some, but I feel it's pretty close too complete.

I really hope this list gets expanded on significantly with the update that comes with Series 19/Rally Adventure

It's a crime to see no parts for the Starion, Pulsar, any generation of Golf, Civic, RX-7 etc.

Hoping we get parts for more than say 15 cars but...I'm definitely not banking on it.

I'm confused why they bother to put this shot on expansion trailer when the wing is already available in game (SF LA wing)

I got 2 Oreo Pagani codes for free for people that want it. This is immediately the Xbox redeem code (or Steam) so you don’t have to go through the hair-pulling annoy-fest at the Oreo website I had to go through myself.

So for everyone else, as soon as 2 people have quoted me, then I’m out of codes. For the record, you can get a code as well without even buying the Oreo’s. Instead of scanning the symbols on the cookies itself, you can scan high res photos of them as well. That works since I actually did it this way the second time I tried.

(*) in each mail from Oreo I got an Xbox redeem code and a steam redeem code (I’ll send both), but I assume they are tied and as soon as you use one, the other one is also invalidated.

I spent five bucks on eBay to get my Oreos Pagani code. It was cheaper than getting the OPI Ford GT ($20 on nail polish) or the '32 Ford FE ($80 for a special edition controller but at least I still use the controller.)

I tried a few different things but could never get more than two codes in total. We were going to run a giveaway, but it never happened because of that.

Nooooooooooo, missed Breyzipp's offer. I'm in the same boat as Famine, just can't seem to take a picture of the bloody biscuits. Might have go down Populuxe's path and eBay a code.

Oh I've got no problem with that, they just won't email any additional codes no matter what. The two I got came through right away, but the others just... won't. I've tried multiple IP addresses, different devices, and a whole host of different email addresses from a dozen domains.

As I can't do the giveaway, I can just send you the spare code I have.
