I would agree with you, except they show up as downloads on the PC version.Pretty sure those other items are simply added to your account and don't require separate downloads like the expansions.

That's a VERY simple one to answer. It's there to account for state sales taxes, which varies by location. Looks like you don't have one. My invoice would likely show another $6.00.Seems strange, maybe some kind of tax added.
Fair enough and that's what I figured, but since previous games had downloads for all of the content, it would be nice to have some official confirmation.Apparently the specific upgrades are server-side and still apply to your account
If you look in the Microsoft Store the upgrades should show up as "Owned", but you have no means to download them
Yep had them all.Did FH4 have these rally kits? I can’t remember.
The one on the Puma and the car in the back: yes. They have been standard Forza rally kit upgrades on a bunch of cars. The white car is the new to FH5 1967 Ford Racing Escort Mk1, I’m pretty sure that one’s rally kit is unique to the car itself.
Thanks! Been too long since I went into FH4. I remember the rally kit with the wheel on the roof but couldn’t remember seeing the bars. The one on the Puma and the car in the back: yes. Well the Puma was new to FH4 and introduced quite late in the game’s lifespan. But those 4 extra rally headlights go a long way back, I think they were introduced in FH1‘s rally expansion. Thanks! I think it would be a welcome change to spice up the map a bit. From all the preview build coverage I’ve seen, the game often feels quite barren and deserted when you’re not in the main city or one of the smaller villages. And even with the extra festival locations added, there will still be tons of places without any house or crowd nearby so we introverts still can have our time alone. 😅Anyone else worried that a newly opened festival site (like Apex etc.) will probably spoil the otherwise pristine location?
For instance, imagine the old abandoned airport in the jungle turning into a festival site. Just an example, I guess the airport won't be touched.
Well, it was more about the vistas getting spoiled by a festival. I guess I'm going to wait with opening new festivals and check on youtube where they are going to be placed.I think it would be a welcome change to spice up the map a bit. So, some parts of the map will only be accessible during a specific season?Biomes will completely change for different seasons, including some areas only being accessible during a specific season
It was the same way with FH4. For example, you couldn't get to the center of the lake that hides a barn find until winter season when the lake had frozen over.Well, it was more about the vistas getting spoiled by a festival. Anyway, I was just going through this massive information site about FH5 and something really caught my attention:

Hmm, don't know what to think about that. I'd like to be able to access all the map all the time.
Most likely the top of the volcano when there is lava in one of the seasons. You can see it in the intro gameplay when they put you on the top of the volcano with the Ford. Some people drove to the lava to see whats gonna happen but got respawned instantly when they got too close.Well, it was more about the vistas getting spoiled by a festival. That would be ok. I just hope they don't cut off a whole region for specific seasons. It was the same way with FH4. For example, you couldn't get to the center of the lake that hides a barn find until winter season when the lake had frozen over.
Well PG has posted a screenshot of each of the locations you can open. Here they are, I honestly think they look quite good.Well, it was more about the vistas getting spoiled by a festival. I guess I'm going to wait with opening new festivals and check on youtube where they are going to be placed.
I must have Lancias on the brain. I saw that Audi on the left and got excited thinking it was a Delta.
Everything in this pic that wasn't the Mk1 Escort was in FH4.
Dear PG,just another thought on more customization ideas..

I'm pretty sure it is in reference to like small islands or being able to drive on a frozen lake in one season but not in another. That would be ok. I just hope they don't cut off a whole region for specific seasons.
