I've been racing your Toyota Chaser and 1988 BMW MSport tunes this morning around The Goliath. Great tunes bud, I've given them both a like.

2x PB's on the PR Stunts this week. I got them on the Trail Blazer and Speed Zone. I caught every bump and downward slope beautifully on the Trail Blazer. I did them both in an off-road tuned Jesko.

Man, the algorithms are weird...

I've been going through my old liveries, seeing which ones have less than 3 downloads (most have 0) or serious problems, updating the ones that are half decent (more accurate decals, balancing decorative elements, fixing the transitions between front/side/top of car, fixing centering of decals where necessary, fixing colors, fixing accuracy in liveries based on real cars, etc) and resharing the old liveries, usually a few a day until something 'hits'. Most of the time, none of them get any attention at all. Once in a while, one will rack up 20 or 30 downloads and a couple likes. Well, a street racing Integra I reshared the other day hit for something like 240 downloads and dozens of uses in about 8 hours (massive for me when my biggest doesn't even have 400 downloads). Here's the thing: it's not even a very good livery. It's just one of those "modified stripe on the top with a dynamic shape on the side, along with a handful of logos". I just painted the hood carbon fiber, fixed a few transitions for the designs, and slapped on a handful of logos I made. I'm not happy with the livery, I'm not happy with the logo placement and color, and I'm baffled at the sudden interest. Oh well, I guess I'll take it regardless. I just wish I knew why my super-accurate recreations and my better designed original liveries get no reaction whatsoever when the low effort Integra blew up.

I mean, do you know how much effort I put into not only perfecting those logos for my JGTC cars, but FINDING THE CORRECT LOGO FROM A SHORT LIVED BUSINESS, IN ANOTHER COUNTRY, IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE, THAT SHUT DOWN TWENTY YEARS AGO?!?! APPRECIATE MY EFFORTS!!

Mate I've had the same happen with one of my liveries in FH5. Now I'm no fancy skilled livery maker, all my stuff is basic at best. However, my highest used livery is a basic blue paint job on a Morris Minor and the Morris stickers slapped on it. It's had hundreds of uses.

I've also in the last few days had one of my drag tunes for the Jeep Trail Cat go crazy. Again my tunes are simple affairs and mostly done for my amusement. The Jeep tune however has took off for some reason.

Still have the same problem if no one liking the stuff though even though using it. I hope in FH6 they make the option to like people's stuff more prominent.

I hope they improve the whole system when it comes to dealing with liveries and decals, both your own and those from other people, not to mention their display and search options. It's so lazily thrown together, so difficult to navigate, so glitch-filled, and so freaking LIMITED that it makes me wonder if anyone ever actually tested it for usability. Quality of life updates should have been made years ago.

I was watching videos of the Aston martin Valkyrie AMR pro on YT when I wanted to play the game and as soon as the game started the first AI car that drive pass me was a Aston martin Valkyrie AMR pro.

So I took this picture and it hit me just how timeless the Enzo design is it doesn't look one bit outdated next to the AMR Pro (imho) It doesn't look like a car that came out in 2003.

Is there any fix at all for the bright pink and lime green textures morphing in the distance as they load when you get closer? I only seem to notice them when moving really fast and during low contrast conditions.

No they do not expire. I have been keeping them since nearly 2 years now as I don´t need the money, cars and I got all the clothing. I have some +700 SWS ans I don´t know how many normal WS
I usually use some of them if there is a "gift a car" challenge in the weeklies

So Forza Horizon 5 has sucked me back in!

After playing it for years on the Series X I have now got it on PS5 and starting again, I did it mostly because I have a bit of free time on my hand over this new year. So I downloaded it on Monday and Tuesday (it took 10 hours!) and have been playing since Tuesday afternoon.

If you guys have an duplicate cars I would really appreciate a few gift drops to help me along

It’s a Car Collection exclusive for collecting Ferrari’s, those cars tend to be rarer than most. the Car Collection is the only way to obtain one without hitting the Auction House.

Call me crazy, but when Playground Games and Forza Horizon plant the flag in their home turf, Polyphony Digital will go and make a GT open world racer. Many elements are already in place: dirt (I wouldn't call it rally) and snow racing, quirky game modes (music rally), drifting (awful, btw), fantasy cars and tracks.

Car Collection exclusive? Please explain how that works. I hardly play Horizon I don't even know how most of the stuff works or how to acquire certain cars - other than the AC.
