I'm on PS5 and I dont have Xbox freinds and I have never used the Xbox App.The Driveatars in offline mode are mostly people that are from your friends list on the Xbox app, regardless if they have played Forza or not.
Though it can show other players as Driveatars that aren't on your friends list. Unless I missed something or got it wrong then someone else reading this can correct me on that. Hope that helped at least.

The checkbox isn't ticked, so are you sure it's completed? Did you get the accolade points? You might've smashed the flags in the Enzo, but you only get the accolade if you do it in the VW, right? That's part of the beauty of PD's business model: they never stray away from their formula which is why I believe they've had significantly more success than T10 with their FM franchise has.
