Is it possible they simply took the track layout and topography and simply moved it to the alps? I don't see anything in the new 'Camino' shots that looks like southern Spain at all.
 
Okay previously I had estimated the demo may come around TGS or approx 1 month before the release.
Wasnt that far out...

Virtual R reporting that:
"Interested gamers will be able to sample the new title starting on October 3rd, the demo will be available via download off Xbox 360 LIVE. Casual Xbox 360 users without a LIVE Gold membership might have to wait a few days though as most demos tend to be exclusive for Gold members for a few days."

It’s still unknown which content will be featured in the demo.
The game will likely be announced as going GOLD soon.

The name 'camino' means path, road, or way in Spanish and Camino Viejo de Montserrat translates to the old path of Montserrat. I'm not sure where this Montserrat track is supposed to be fictionally located but my understanding is that it's up in north eastern part of Spain in the Catalonia province of Spain where Barcelona is, just outside of the Pyrenees mountains. And it does snow in the Pyrenees mountains.

The demo is coming later than I expected but something is better than nothing. 👍 Just keep in mind, what you see in the demo is what you will see in the final version of the game depending on how old the demo build is.
 
Think its still a week to wait for us non Gold members.

If I was ever going to buy GT5 it was always for the graphical qualities and having not felt the urge to drop the coin I'd need to buy it and a PS3, I don't think I'll be too short-changed by Big Shot in this game.

Well done T10 and well done PD for pushing the envelope and giving T10 something to aim for.
 
Alright, I know this is said a lot, but if it weren't for that FM4 logo, I legitimately might have mistaken that for a real life photo.

FM4 has some serious points over GT5 when it comes to track detail..

GT5 has some points over FM3 when it comes to car detail..

Positano looks great, though I believe this track isn't based on the real place, I recognize some of the roads from when I stayed there in real life.

Haha, been spending all my money on real cars...The fact there is an 89 MR2 in the game was a big attention grabber for me.

Forza is kind of like Call of Duty to me. I don't really plan on getting it or being too excited about it six months in advance. Then a few weeks before its out "Oh I think____ comes out soon, wonder if it suck- OH THAT'S :censored:ING AWESOME." Or I'm able to hold out until about day 3 after release and give in. That last one is what I did with GT5. :lol:
 
What the hell, the game isn't even out yet and they already advertising paid DLC? Seriously, what the hell?
 
They also updated the website by changing the Community tab, as well as adding MyForza.
 
The new Forum is awesome. I might actually visit somewhere else if the community acts as well as the site looks.

I'm waiting for the "floodgates to open..." I wonder what time video reviews will start popping up.

While I wait I am painting my Playseat flat black in preparation for Forza and my CSR! Oh happy day.
