Shouldn't I at least get some points for race 2? I did start the race just didn't finish it. Regardless with what you decide I am OK with it, you guys are a blast to run with and the points at the end is not what I race for.

This is exactly what I said I just did, you have 3 points each, Knight for race 1, you for race 2.

Just got done running some laps with Willie at Laguna. We were right in the mid 34 range, I had a 34.5 and he ran a 34.7. If I put all of my best sections together I would be sub 34, but pushing too hard is dangerous on this track, one small mistake can turn into a big one real quick.

It's a bit tricky, but there's definitely room on the grid! I'd need to see you run a few test races first for racing etiquette and awareness, but yeah that'll be cool!

I should be there tonight, I have to go and drop my gf off at the airport this afternoon but will be back in plenty of time.

Argh another bad weekend. Race1 was just my fault, pushing too hard and just lost out to the slipstream and that was it

Race2 was going better but knight just kept hitting my bump, and when he was going for a pass he never left room for me, just tired to take me off or turn into the apex without leaving any room. Then when I went for a move like turn1 and he hadnt defended it he would just turn in, and keep going until he touched as if Im going to back down.

I just really very 🤬 off. I didnt enjoy that, and didnt last week so Im starting to lose interest tbh

Lap 5 turn 4 - watch andy push me wide to get past then not let me back through...
Lap 10 corkscrew - andy tried to overtake on the most dangerous corner on the track, round the outside, I had no idea where he was and tried to give him some room... Ended up with me in the gravel trap...

Andy, causing a crash then rage-quitting was a bad move, not the way to react to making a mistake.

Just watched the replay, a pass attempt on the Corkscrew is just ridiculous, especially if you expected the other driver to give you room.

I noticed a good number of points in the replay where you lost time but did not give the place, it's a dangerous way to drive...

Congrats to Sy for surviving the race, and following me up to the top of the points board!

Lap 1, crockscrew - you lift off and I back late, then you slam into the back of me, and continue to do so mid corner.

Cant remember the laps but you hit me in turn 1 you hit when I was going defence (IE on the left side)
Also hit me in turn 4.

Last corner go for the outside and LEAVES me no room when Im still on the inside so I have to cut the kerb (i think lap 2/3/4? )

You tap me fine, but you did it more than 3 times and by my standards thats just careless driving and not an accident - use your brakes

Plus if you drive like that to me, I can do it to you - if you dont like it dont do it too me, because you just dived down the outside a lot and never decided to leave a car widths on the inside, you just shut the door.

1) I had done that move to someone else (bdub) and you watched and followed I believe and it didnt go wrong
2) Knight had given me a lot of hits when attempting to pass, and so why should I back out if he doesnt? Yes its the corkscrew, but I have every right to try and make a pass if I want
3) I dont understand why its seem to be okay for Knight to be shoving me around and giving me no respect, but the minute I try and do what he does - Im told off.
4) I believe Knight had also tried ridiculous moves on me too, like the outside of the last corner when hes not fully past AND doesnt understand that the driver with the inside line has the right of way - in theory Knight should given me some room but failed to do so.

Straw, Race 2, Lap 5, turn 4, you braked stupidly late and pushed Knight well wide, without even considering giving the place back! (you stayed full pace through the next two straights, even though Knight was right on your tail and beeping his horn to communicate the message. It would have taken less than a second to switch the place back)

You have shown bad sportsmanship.

Please give me lap and race numbers to these claims.

Stupidly late? Watch the first 4 laps then. I didnt give the place back because I didnt believe I had too - with all his shoving and late braking he wouldnt of given it back.

I dont know the laps, I havent got the reply's but its pretty much the whole race I felt I was being knocked around.

I'll have a look now.

UPDATE:

Nate gave you a few nudges on the first lap, all of which were minor, and if anything made you faster. Nate did in no way take advantage of these nudges and passed you cleanly.

The pass you claimed to make on the Corkscrew was very different to the one you claimed to have don successfully.

Bdub attempted a risky pass on the left side up to the corkscrew, which put him off-line for the left hander, and leading to an open space which you (and I) passed through.

It was Bdub's mistake but lost you very little time on the leader.

Indy will be much cleaner :p

I sense a very exiting 2nd half to the series. Even if only 4 or 5 drivers stay on it'll be as fun as hell!

Strawman, an apology would have cleared you up pretty fast, but you've chosen against which I am not happy to see.

Also, future note, arguing with a series manager who is putting time and effort to make the series work for you is a BAD idea...

Ouch, sounds like fun couple of races!

Sorry to have dropped out, I like racing with you BTCC guys but I'm struggling with this car, some of the lap times you put in are crazy fast.

I can handle being 1-2s slower but I'm more than that at the moment so it not so enjoyable for me plus a little embarrassing!

I'm gonna put a decent amount of practice into the next track but if its still a massive gap I'll drop out and try and up my game before rejoining your race series............

Just do an engine and chassis re-bulid, you should be fine after that!

The cars are very fun to race, so predictable too it's hard to spin them out!

Indy's fairly straight forward. It's not likely that you'll be caught out by anything due to it being flat, but battles are going to play a big role here, due to the dramatic bunching down the pit straight.
