~Work on the inaugural GT-O series. Plans look to be for a 5 week calendar and 10 races from the conclusion of the WSC. Elements of the inaugural season will be worked into WSC IX in 2015 and vice versa with WSC VIII. Expect 2x races, in Sprint and Feature formats.

~Also of note is WSC IX is going to lose some races, and gain a whole new category.

Hmm. If I try to translate these Amar-like announcements, that sounds like a GT-O series with two classes, and the new class will become a third class in WSC. Not sure about that for WSC though.

What could work for the GT-O series, is to incorporate a sort of HTCC inside as a second class. Actually, I would love to see a separate HTCC-series. Sort of like 200hp max., little to no suspension tuning...

But I'll wait what you come up with. :)

Not driven it on GT6, will check it out. Remember the sound did get changed on 5 though?

Why can I not like this post 10000 times? In fact who is who here in FRL?

1 Boulder Mobile (Slag Brothers) - @Roflwaffle and @Ninners (always fighting amongst themselves and bickering)
2 Creepy Coupe - @gokartman78 @TDZdave @Chqr (three of the sickest individuals on GTP, right @Carbonox ?)
3 Convert A Car - Me. Great idea's, half the time they fall flat but when they do work you notice.
4 Crimson Haybailer - @gtpanoz (just seems to fit...)
5 Penelope Pitstop - Ummmm...... @neljack is that you?
6 Army Surplus Special - @Holdenhsvgtsr @hsv ... divebombs or just bombs? ;)
7 The Ant Hill Mob - @Scaniabebe @Andil @raceorama123432 and any other poor Renault driver dragged into their schemes.
8 Arkansas Chuggabug - @ranhammerR34 / @CAMikaze (Don't ask me to clarify who is who)
9 Turbo Terrific - @DrifterJoe . Self explanatory surely?
10 Buzz Wagon - @cnd01 @LancerEvo7 (again, I won't say who is who)
00 Dick Dastardly & Muttley - @RedPartyhat and @Niop , masters of the trolling start.

Matheus - seen
Yera - because childhood memories and awesomeness.
 That is perfect.

Ok, WSC / GT-O related news:

Brands Hatch GP is being dropped from the WSC calendar. WSC will remain at Silverstone for its british round. Brands Hatch however will instead be host to the GT-O Series. Also happy to confirm a new car is in the homologation process and will debut either in the GT-O series or before at the final events of the season as a "Garage 56" entry if a driver can be secured ~cough @LancerEvo7 ~ .

For GT-O expect 4/5 weeks for its pilot season. In no order, confirmed:

Laguna Seca
Brands GP 80's
Eiger

Let's try this again...

What about a Japanese round for GT-O Series?

Not sure. None of them really fit in.

Suzuka, Suzuka, Suzuka,......

People want Suzuka, you lamp.

Suzuka is the only one I would consider anyhow. Fuji is  and Motegi doesn't fit.

Fuji is a great track for a scrap but we don't have a version that fits in with the series. Suzuka imo is rubbish for a close race as its so tough to overtake but is a great technical demand on the cars

Exactly why I knock it back for ToCA (would only have East version).

Suzuka sucks because there's sand pits 2 feet off the racing line most places that cause some big tempers and that's the last thing we need My popcorn is ready

Stay on the bloody track then.
Easier said than done with drivers in the race that will put you in the sand. That's where the tempers come in

Boy, that escalated quickly

But they are right. Driving standards here tend to be highest of any FRL series.

If he can't do it I will. Depending on whatever this mystery car is.
