Look up the interview of Jay Leno about his turbine motorbike. Theres a pretty good story about a driver behind him at some stop light that was getting a close look, and a few modifications to his bumper.

Yes, you're correct, but they are taking a colloquism spoken by Northerners in the picture. Because older people speak a very gruff English, that's why we end up with such comments.
 
Double negatives are common here in broad Derbyshire, "You don't get no one more", etc.

Classy.
 
Just one more reason to build a wall somewhere near Watford. Hadrian had it right, just his latitude was out. :p
