This is the thread for talking about the 2011 Gamescom expo. This year it is being held in Köln, Germany. I'm kinda hoping for a firm release date on the PS Vita and maybe some more news on SCV.
I'm still on the fence about whether I should attent it or not... Last year's Gamescom was decent, but I really don't feel like wading through crowds of people again.
Then again, Forza 4, Diablo III and StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm will probably be on display.
I want to see more about BF3, to see really in which areas is toned down to know if I should buy PC or just stick to consoles temporally(I'll be buying it on PC at some point anyway).
Apart from that, maybe more things about Ace Combat and of course what Nintendo will be showcasing with the WiiU, also the PSP Vita and maybe, just maybe, news about the new Counter Strike(plz be good).

Since I know F1 2011 and BF3 should have plenty of footage/info coming out, I'd like to see a release date for Journey and maybe a preview of what Quantic Dream (guys from Heavy Rain) is working on.
