Cryptosporidium is a bacterial genus. The disease is named after the bacterium, as is the alien. No tweaking necessary.

Tanner was Driver's main character since the first release. But in Driver 3, Tanner is after Jerico in Istanbul, Turkey. Then Tanner shoots down Jerico in an alleyway after a large shootout with Jerico's gang.
Tanner killed Jerico. But... Jerico says with his last words, "Wrong move." *bang* Tanner's down.
Tanner is rushed to the Istanbul hospital, but during operation... Tanner has passed away.
Then Atari, had to create a new story line for the Driver series. But nothing new since the first chapter of the new beginning.

Parallel Lines was released early 2006 and Driver 3 was like, 2003/2004 I think...

Driver San Francisco was for PS3 and yes, Jericho and Tanner survived the shootout in Istanbul from Driver 3.

San Francisco is the new Driver coming out. apparently Tanner is just in a coma. It's going to a weird driver game. But it has licensed cars. I think it comes out in September.

I just watched the E3 trailer for Driver San Fransisco, and it looked awesome! But Jerico doesn't look even close to what he looked like in 2004. And Tanner doesn't look too much different.
